It's sad but not as sad as it would be without MEHEM. When I see that look and Shepard isn't there, then my heart's broken - even if I know he's waiting to be pulled from some rubble somewhere. This sadness is over Anderson and while I'm sad he's gone it's not as bad as the Space Husbands not getting their happily-ever-after. For the record, these two are the reason I have to choose Destroy. That's why MEHEM is my canon ending. That way, I can always relieve this joy that is MShenko multiple times  I dont use MEHEM. I actually prefer Destroy as is. There's more in it tha ignites my romantic sappiness. I see them recieving the message that Shepard is alive just before Kaidan puts his name up and then you can just see the reunion and recovery. The pain and the joy, the unbreakable bond and love that will last forever now everything is behind them. And all the different things in the ending slideshows that will be going on. |

Does anyone have mShenko fic recs? I've read a few and some are really good! Would love more for...science. Spicyshimmy has some of the best DA and ME fics I've come across. Also, are there any post-ME3 pics where Shepard has his hair grown out a bit? Would love to see them acting as a settled down couple out of the military after all of their hard work |

Someone to Love - this one is in progress The Difference between the Sea and the SkyFrom the Street to the Stars - unfinished but really great Always - very lengthy, gets frequent additions, new additions often fit in earlier in the story. Also can intertwine with other series. The author really loves these two and takes them well beyond the bounds of the games. At some point sex happens in them, or most of them. There are certainly great ones I've missed here. Also, some fics are really just PWP and I excluded them. |

I've modded on ProBoards before and they can be vicious about the TOS when it comes to NSFW stuff, unfortunately. They'll threaten to shut you down almost instantly, especially if you're a smaller board that doesn't generate a ton of traffic for them. |
