Way too many games have guys have no butt at all for some reason. Sometimes even an unrealistically flat slab of nothing Quoted for truth. A lot of games seem to follow this philosophy that men can never have a perky butt and that they all have butts that can barely be classified as a...butt. Also if they're going to continue with ridiculous outfits for women, men should be in them too.

I'm not great at judging male butts, so I'll take your word for it (it is certainly form-fitting, so I can see that much), but I was thinking more about perkiness, like Kymira said. Still seems flat, though it is a shot from the back. Way too many games have guys have no butt at all for some reason. Sometimes even an unrealistically flat slab of nothing Quoted for truth. Nice Yep, that's definitely true too, though I'm totally fine with simply not giving women ridiculous outfits in the first place.
And yes, perkiness, exactly! It's like they never look at men even in passing if they don't think their butts stick out a bit. That's sort of what a butt is.
I know, which is why we don't want male characters to be deprived of them I'll fight for that right. That's what I'm doing too

Still seems flat, though it is a shot from the back. Couldn't find a good shot, but it's really not a bad ass, considering how otherwise lean Isaac is. His default suit is an astronaut diaper, though Another shot

Also I was thinking why would dudebros have a problem with a more feminine javelin? I mean I'd stare at the back all day if I had the option. Man these guys really don't like the female body it seems. Back in my day we played female characters just to stare at them.

I wouldnt even label any of the javelins as necessarily masculine or feminine. Some just look more on the sleeker side in design while others are more bulky. But given how fragile dudebros are, there probably will be some kinda outcry over trivial shit like this.

Game Informer: John Warner Podcast, answering lingering Anthem questions. - In traditional BioWare style, you won't always be in agreement with your crew. There is potential for conflict. - Drew had a good impact on the game, though he was never the lead writer. - Coming up with the name "Anthem" took a lot of work due to the sheer amount of copyrighted names out there. "Javelin" was on the list of alt-names. - You will be able to see your character's face in the GUI. - While they toyed with 1st person view in the environment, they opted to go 3rd person as seeing your javelin flying was more impressive. - An example of an Event could be... a giant migration of creatures. He mentions "Irsics" (or something like that), which are gigantic, ape-like, insect creatures they apparently haven't shown yet. Another example might be a giant storm. - Mini-games and activities outside of combat TBD. - Brand new cast of voice actors. - Daily / Weekly challenges. Sidequests. Repeatable quests. - Scaling damage to allow LL & HL Freelancers to play together. - Again emphasizing the verticality of the world. - Javelins: Different personalization pieces (helmets, gauntlets, etc.) can be added, but don't offer any statistical difference, just cosmetic. Things like Armor stats are based on the type of suit and the perks you take as a Freelancer. - No need to to return to base to "repair damage" to your Javelins. They experimented with that and found it was just too tedious. - There are sniper rifles in the game... for now. (haha they better keep them in) - Melee attacks are Javelin-specific, so no range of melee weapons to pick up. - Storm Javelin: Light, agile, and deals a ton of damage. - Ice damage will cool Javelin jetpacks... but it's still damage. - No upgrades for the Strider (at launch at least). - No upgrading your LL weapons to HL weapons. - They want you to have reasons to continue tinkering with your suit & gear to meet different challenges. Diablo 3 was mentioned as something similar. - Look forward to arguments over uber-builds... - There will be some Raid-like content in the Elder Game that are not Strongholds. - Customizable HUD. - Next look at gameplay will be in the late summer. We'll learn more about the Interceptor then.

!!!! Yaas OK THE ULTIMATE ABILITIES ARE SXY. Also I love the Storm. So my gameplay concerns seem to have been relieved, my general opinion of the game looks more positive. I'll still wait till after launch to get it but looks like they took the good elements of destiny in gameplay.
