25 loot boxes and I finally got one (1) skin and it's Mei's, someone that I never use.  Going to wait until the Xp weekend to do nothing but play Overwatch for those boxes though! |

The double XP is quite the incentive to play competitive, as that mode gives a lot of xp. 4,000 xp going to 8,000 has a nice ring to it lol. I managed to reach Diamond last night, so now I'm not desperate to rank up again lol and can just play for comp points and now xp. I got the Zarya skin a 3rd time so that was nice... not. I did find this lovely Mc76 drawing though! Now that I made Mccree a new main and already mained Soldier my heart for this ship is so intense: art by Magicsharkk magicsharkk.deviantart.com/art/cigars-609734818 |

To be fair I did get a decent amount of other skins too, although I had to buy Lucio and Symmetra's since I wanted them the most...but even though I've bought an embarassing amount of boxes I haven't been able to pull either of the Shimada's (I want Genji's but I don't have enough coins any more)... |

The event is live and I decided to actually do placement matches. The amount of xp I'm getting is insane. Grinding for lootboxes isn't as painful as it was before.

Grinding for lootboxes isn't as painful as it was before. oooh. i'm scared of comp bu i might do this while the getting is good. i played in a group for a bit this morning and got 7000xp for a 6 minute match or something, it was great. |

And then game showed me Platinum 2639. How even.

It works completely different in Heroes Of The Storm so I assumed those two would be similar giving the fact that they are Blizzard's games. In one match I had this Genji that kept killing me all the damn time. Literally all the time. He was ganking me and could find me anywhere. I played Mercy and my team didn't even try to protect me. I can honestly say that it was the worst match I've ever had as a support. Luckily, we won somehow, but it was painful. Anyway, I think I'm actually gonna keep playing comps to see if I can reach diamond  |

Hahahaha omg I love it. Well I wrapped up my double xp event and probably taking a good break from the game for a bit of a while. Tonight I was like tired playing and didn't even know what to pick by the end of it lol. I do have 3,000 currency saved up for a future event though! |

I didn't get what I've wanted and I played practically everyday from the start of the event. Just my luck. I needed 1k more to buy Tracer skin, but again, no luck with lootboxes. I just spent this money to buy Tracer and Sombra's dance emotes and a couple of voice lines. Still... What a disappointement. |
