I mean, I'll grant that Melissanthi deserves an award (hell, Michael deserves one too, since, like I said, if it weren't for the meta-context, I'd genuinely be moved by the performance of him giving up his child). But that's because the actors don't deserve to be penalized for the bullshit of the producers.

I'll go further - Odyssey is a fantastic game. One of my all time favourites. Just because Dumont and, apparently, Ubisoft Singapore decided to create that DLC piece of flaming garbage doesn't mean the core game doesn't deserve praise.
Too bad Ubi Quebec can't be detangled from all of the other shit parts of the company.

I am assuming that award is only based on the main game anyway. That dlc was hot garbage. Even the people that support the forced straight had very little good to say about anything else.

The taint of the DLC is just hard to untangle from the base game at the moment, so it's hard to feel like offering it that credit. But until the DLC came along, I DID very much like and enjoy the game. |

Honestly, I avoided doing anything with Kyra and Thalates until after I finished the main plot, went through Thalates’s romance to the happy conclusion, killed the Cultist, and then just outright moved on, ignoring anything else and not bothering with the rest of things involving them, so I could just imagine that Alexios and Thalates reunited later and had a happy ending together.

Since I'm switching from xone one to ps4 I'm going to exchange Assassin's Creed Odyssey Gold Edition xone version into Standard Edition ps4 version and my Kassandra will stay faithful to her waifu Kyra  I don't want this stupid DLC. |

Ha! Standard Edition is on sales at the store near my work and it's cheaper out there than in PS store so... I ordered it and will pick it up after work, yaaaay! My game will be safe once again.   |

I forgot how great this game feels. I haven't been playing it since episode 2 of the forced baby happened, which is a long time. I chose to save the family from being killed this time. Let the sickness take the Kephallonia. At least I'll have a reason to visit it. My Kassandra has a soft heart after all  |

While I agree that it does sound interesting (though, considering that it would continue the complete disregard for the mytharc that has been built up all through the franchise...)... Yeah, no. Ubisoft is not forgiven, and I REFUSE to hype myself up for it.
MAYBE I pick up a used copy several months after release. MAYBE.

This game is completely different from what it used to be so I have a question - should I buy drachmae bonus? Or will I be able to gain all those money without it? I'm a completionist so I'm going to do all the forts, camps etc but I'm level 13 right now and have 5000D so far which isn't much, I think. I bought the Vine Bow (my fav one) and I'm upgrading it every level. I also bought Athena's Set because I like how it looks but I'm going to upgrade it too so I can switch between Artemis Set and this one once I'll high enough level. I have no idea how loadouts work... I don't have enough money to unlock even one more yet. I do like the map changes a lot. But I can't see more quick travel points. Did they add any or not? |

You have like synchronize points in-game that you can get unlocked by going to certain places within the map that should allow to make quick travels ^^ |

They've added like 13, but after the latest patch they are auto-discovered, if you've explored the region already. Also, they're mostly on the islands. |

I'm finally in Sparta. It's been raining like non-stop there. I'm wondering, if the game is being weird, or if Sparta is supposed to be Greece's Scotland. Met Lysander and his dialogue is so super awkward. Demosthenes is way better. Just not as a general, I guess. This was too cute  And I think I'll need this in the future  |

Well... I bought this drachmae boost after all. I decided to not buy the XP one since the longer it'll take to level up the more resources I'll collect and I've seen people complaining you need A LOT of those. But drachmae is always good to gave.
