I asked 'cause I've seen a vid on Youtube regarding that, so I was just curious to know if someone here could confirm it as well x) Well, I visited their forum and during my extremelly short visit I've seen Alexios is able to flirt with him so it MIGHT be a gay romance for Alexios. So I looked into the new male romance: From what I can gather Adonis gets cursed if you romance him and the romance goes no where. He also spends most of his content talking about how in love he is with Aprodite. So yet again there's a male option who's already in love with a female. Fuck that shit! Nonspoiler take: Don't buy that dlc for the romance. I only found partial videos of the romance and the ending and not any video of the actual romance climax sadly. Yeah...still meh...really meh. |

He also spends most of his content talking about how in love he is with Aprodite. So yet again there's a male option who's already in love with a female. Fuck that shit! Nonspoiler take: Don't buy that dlc for the romance. I only found partial videos of the romance and the ending and not any video of the actual romance climax sadly. Yeah...still meh...really meh. Oh, that's... just... Well, still NO f/f romance for Kassandra. Maybe next ep. I wouldn't mind Persephone  Also... I'm going to kill Leonidas if Persephone really can bring Phoibe back. I want this girl back!  And um... how funny is it that you can ask for Phoibe or Brasidas but can't ask for nuttacos/neema  |

Honestly, if I ever pick the game back up again, I will just accept the one episode I played and ignore the other two parts of First Blade - they don't exist, they don't happen. But it's gonna be a long time yet before I could ever be in a headspace to do this.
Also on the Adonis-Aphrodite thing, Greek legends DO have the two of them tied together pretty well, so I can understand why the two of them would be in this. But that's not really any real comfort, considering all the bullshit that's happened throughout this DLC cycle...

I'm down to Boeotia, Messenia, Lesbos, and small parts of Chios and Crete. Did the Olympic games and Arkadia, and suddenly everything started wrapping up and I'm seeing an end here. I'm not sure I'm happy about it. I've been playing since December and the game has become like comfort food. Also, the Diona quest had a satisfying ending after all of the "uuum you fine, wanna bang?"  |

I haven't played it myself yet, but - I heard the curse is optional depending on a choice you make during on the the quests. If you spread the word that Hekate is an ally for the humans, it makes Hekate happy with you a drives a wedge between her and Persephone so Adonis doesn't get cursed.
Also he's in love with Aphrodite when you meet him, but you discover she betrayed him and that's when he realizes he loves you. *shrug*
And then I don't know how casual the ending is, but every romance seems to end with see you around, so it's not like there's a lot of variance. |

I tried both being honest and double crossing Hekate and Persephone still cursed Adonis. I read in a guide that there's supposed to be a third option where you can say that Hekate was trying to help Persephone, but I didn't get that option despite doing what I was supposed to in order to get it. *shrug* There we're a lot of opportunities to work more in line with Persephone/Hermes rather than Hekate that I didn't take. I'm not sure if that would have made a difference, but I don't care enough to redo all ten hours in Elysium.
He wasn't really a fave of mine anyway, besides the fact that he sort of looks like Zachary Levi. Lykaon, Thaletas, and Timotheos all had a lot more chemistry with Alexios. Still really loved the DLC, though. I'm in love with how mythology heavy the inspiration is even though that comes with all the Isu/Layla bullshit I don't care about. Can't wait for Hades! |

I'm done with Boeotia, there's not much left now. Decided to go for the mythical plot line now that I got the home back. The Minotaur quests are super fun "Slay the beast with this one weird trick all minotaurs hate!" "Actual Minotaur size may vary." Also beefing up my gif library |
