as newcomer to this franchise I dont know what's happening but I'm glad is a new game  it seems the game has the same FO4 graphics, so maybe a spin-off???? edit. now I want to know about companions  asap I want another ghoul companion, and an actually good super mutant companion this time lol |

So about Vault 76, it was a “control vault", it had 500 occupants and was to open 20 years after it shut.
Would've shut in 2077 like all vaults when the bombs dropped.

I would love a new Fallout to play but I have no interest if it's an online game. I play it for the exploration and characters. Base building in FO4 was okay but as I'm not very creative with it, I mostly ignored it or at least didn't worry about making some beautiful enterprise. An online game centered around building base camps offers very little interest to me - the 'online' part is worrisome. Fallout 4 had its flaws for sure, but I'd still replay that repeatedly over something online.  |

If it's always online that certainly blows, but I do hope it's co-op and not competitive in nature. Would love for it to be a co-op base builder. Not to draw comparisons to a completely different game, but I was thinking of the anticipation around multiplayer Stardew Valley. Would I be interested in doing a quick scavenging run for supplies for a base, then farming my own little plot before I go to work... maybe.  But I'm sure Bethesda knows the money is all in pvp nowadays.  |

I'd love a new Fallout game, and the teaser has me curious....but I have zero interest in an online game. I didn't mind building settlements in Fallout 4, and it could be fun at times...but I preferred getting lost in the world and getting to know the companions. ....Also....gay romance.  |

I played with The Elder Scrolls Online, and I loved it (mostly I played alone), perhaps the Fallout one will not that bad... And I remember, the Morrowind called to "single player MMO" at least in my home – still one of my favourite game ever, so, perhaps the Fallout online deserves a chance to not scold YET, we have time later... (I even loved to play with the WoW.)

Sounds like a pass for me, but I just remembered that I've never actually finished the main quest of FO4 despite sinking countless hours into that game, so I guess I have stuff to do anyway.
