Ah, my first thread, welcome, thanks for coming you look great! Figured I'd post a few sketches because...well, I don't know, really. Anyway. Suvi is the only Andromeda character I've drawn so far because 1) she's the best and 2) her ongoing quest to eat a Heleus something something is also the best. Thanks for looking. Hmm, I really need to do some Life is Strange art. Bye! First, I love your sense of humour, your posts always make me chuckle  Second, I've said it before but your art is really cute. I hope you don't mind, but I saved the Suvi pictures when you posted them on the CRT (didn't know if you'd be a regular or if I'd find them again), though for some reason they didn't save correctly and I can't actually open them  And you totally captured Ellie! Nice. Lastly, I'd like to think that Suvi does eventually complete her quest to eat something she's encountered in Heleus (read my signature for a hint)  |

That's a lot of illustrations... about death indeed! It was a really fun and fascinating project for me, though, doing a months-long examination of a long-running film series. How did it evolve over the course of so many movies when the premise was basically "guy kills people"? How did the portrayal of the violence change over the years, and why did it change? As a horror movie fan (and just in general as a...you know...person) what is my relationship with and what are my thoughts on on-screen violence and how are they changing? All this and some cartoon art, hooray! Sorry, this was probably more of a response than you were looking for but I like thinking about stuff and sometimes talking about it. Not at all, that's... actually pretty cool! Deep introspection and thoughtful analysis through art?  I approve. It's more than I was expecting and I feel bad about that now, forgive me  |
