I'm completely confused as to how the hell Cersei thinks she has a chance, with the Tyrell army, the Dornish houses, Yara's ships, and Danaerys' combined forces landing on Westeros. And the Iron bank can't be so stupid to look at that army and say, "Well lets just keep throwing gold into the Lannister shaped pit and hope for the best".
Besides the army her father and uncles left behind, who does she even have fighting with her. Her confidence makes no sense, unless shes got enough wildfire to blow up all of Westeros.

I think a part of her just doesn't care anymore. She lost everything at the same time she supposedly gained everything. Her one redeeming quality was always her love for her children, their safety, wellbeing, and happiness were what drove her more than anything, more than power arguably, and their being alive kept her from going all out crazy evil. They're all dead now, she knows the prophecy told to her as a child has been growing in truth, so I think she's at that dangerous place where she simply doesn't care anymore. She has Jaime, and the Iron Throne. That's it. When you look at all she has lost to get it, I see her confidence merely a facet of the madness that must now grip her. I mean it was a pretty bold and insane plan to blow up the Sept anyway, but with Tommen gone, there's nothing to hold Cersei back from doing anything. The wildfire explosion kinda already shows that. |

I kinda reckon that the scenes going to be tragic either way, but I also get this feeling that in the end, Cersei will be begging for Jaime to kill her
Even if I saw it coming I'd still cry like a bitch cause Lena Headey just nails every scene she's in

YESSSSS I was waiting for this thread but I am such a GOT freak that I thought if it was too early I might fangirl it to death. I usually re-watch all of it right before a new season because I am sadistic but it is hard to do anymore with so many hours into it. I have said this before but my favorite characters are... Davos, Melisandre, Arya, Jamie, Cersei, Brienne and Tyrion. I prefer book Jamie and show Cersei.Seriously though Davos is the only person who I care about living through this mess. LET THE ONION KNIGHT LIVE!! I was never a "Stannis is the mannis" person but his posse has always been awesome.  I am so hype for this. I have already read all the leaks and spoilers via the free folks on reddit but I won't bring that mess here. |

I love how they broke it down and I definitely missed some of that like John choking out LF and I couldn't figure out who Yara was kissing... but some of the theories don't really add up. And everyone with Clegane bowl.  I forgot Sandor in my favorite characters list! Youtube VidMy absolute favorite GOT moment. |

Crimson Right!! I felt so baited last season with all the hangings! I guess they didn't want to cheapen John's resurrection but LS is too good not to use. "The Freys slashed her throat from ear to ear. When we found her by the river she was three days dead. Harwin begged me to give her the kiss of life, but it had been too long. I would not do it, so Lord Beric put his lips to hers instead, and the flame of life passed from him to her. And... she rose. May the Lord of Light protect us. She rose." She was a big part of Brienne and Jamie's (and Pod's) storyline and I worry about that a bit.
