Life is Strang is a fantastic game, although I think it seems work better if you play all episodes together rather than one at a time. I love Chloe, she and Max have a great relationship BUT I think the best ending is sacrificing Chloe for Arcadia Bay. It breaks my heart but the people of Arcadia Bay don't deserve to be killed and given what we know about all the alternative timelines, there is no guarantee that another big disaster won't happen because she is alive. Gotta say though, I cried for a good 10-15 minutes after I made that decision. I was just sobbing on the sofa and my partner had to come in and comfort me.  |

My Max decided to just accept the consequences and be with Chloe. Imo, Chloe doesn't deserve to just die in a bathroom without ANY knowledge about Max loving her, that her step-dad actually cares. Without knowing what happened to Rachel. It's just not right. Plust, I won't believed that EVERYONE is dead in the town. It's just impossible. |

That is one of the reasons I enjoy the game so much, there aren't alot of right or wrong answers, just different decisions that could be equally justified. With the possible exception of Kate, I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't try to help her, maybe not wanting to invade her privacy? I really looking forward to the second game, I hope they bring more gay. Anyone heard any rumours about what it could be about? |

As far as I know, the only thing we know is that they've been working on it since the physical release, it will have new cast and more info will come soon (tm). I do hope they bring more gay and more girl protagonist  (and more art world, because art is life) And yeah, there not being really the right answer to anything is also a part of why I love it. Try to shoot Frank? He will be pissed making talking him down later harder, but Chloe will be absolutely in love with you for standing up to him for her. Don't shoot him? You loose the gun, Frank won't really care but Chloe will be kinda disappointed. Or the "Who-gets-expelled" choice (I personally like to get myself kicked out  I like going with Chloe being "good bad influence on Max but if one of the choices was obviously "good", I wouldn't even think about that option). Nathan is obviously unstable and he was a part of why Kate almost committed suicide, but he has problems and I doubt getting kicked out of school helps. David has been stalking her and isn't generally nice person, but later you learn he did the wrong things for right reasons and he actually cares about everyone (and has PTSD). Jefferson...while you later learn he is the "evil mastermind", you don't know that at that point in the time, and in my first playthrough I actually liked the guy, which in turn makes me feel bad if I get him expelled. And those are just 2 examples. There is one thing I really didn't like about the ending. Or rather the sequence before it. The final part of the dream, where everyone begs you not to kill them. It feels like such an emotional blackmail. In my case, along with fake Max speech it almost made me throw the saving bay option completely out of the window. Not because I didn't feel for the people, I did but...it felt like such a cheap tactic. And Chloe there just made me feel even closer to her..."Dude, stop fucking with her head!" (paraphrasing) So the sequence had almost opposite effect one me than was (probably) intended. |

I'd like to add that we still don't have answers for some plot holes. One: Nathan and his family knew about the tornado, that it was coming. It was cut, BUT, lines were already recorded and they're posted on yt somewhere. And probably on tumblr. So this makes me wonder, what was the original idea for the tornado? It obviously wasn't caused by Max using her powers if Nathan and his family knew about it. Two: Who the fuck was that Janitor guy? He obviously wasn't just a normal guy. He knew more than Max about what was going on in the first eps. I got the feeling Dontnod had some plans for him, but it was scratched for the lack of resources. Three: Homeless woman. I don't remember the specifics, but people found something about her as well. At first I thought she was Max from a different timeline, somehow stuck in that one. Oh, one more thing: love confession between Max and Chloe originally was a bit longer. It was also recorded, but in the end, cut.  |

I figured he was somehow connected to Tobanga and knew some of what was going on spiritual level but it never went anywhere...maybe they didn't know what to do with it? 3. So it looks like LIS2 will be a prequel or we'll get two games. Prequel is supposedly in the making by Deck Nine Games. And we have two screenshots. Well, it's clearly Chloe there. I'm not sure what to think of it. I would love to have more Chloe, but not in the prequel and not without Max EDIT: More screenshots. And it's probably Rachel as well. |

But I wonder what the "special power" conceit will be (if there's any) since they can't really do the time-rewind mechanic again. I mean they could but I don't know how it could make sense. Regardless, I just jumped on the hype train. |
