Anyone else here watching Netflix' Stranger Things?  Here is a synopsis of the first season: This thrilling Netflix-original drama stars award-winning actress Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, who lives in a small Indiana town in 1983 -- inspired by a time when tales of science fiction captivated audiences. When Joyce's 12-year-old son, Will, goes missing, she launches a terrifying investigation into his disappearance with local authorities. I am! I love this show. After watching the first ep, I stayed up all night to watch the entire season at once. I regret nothing. I'll probably rewatch it, cause it's that awesome. |

Few of my friends started watching it after my fangirl outburst. I also agree on Winona, she was amazing! I usually don't like movies or tv shows where kids have some big role, but this? I loved every second. And Eleven is a cinnamon roll that needs to be protected!  |

ZOMG I loved this show. I need to watch it again when it gets closer to October (I think that's when season 2 comes out unless I'm remembering things wrong). I need more of this show for sure!

Definitely the best of Netflix's original shows so far. So hyped for season two, and I fully intend on trying to indoctrinate -- I mean get members of my family to watch it. |

Just got two more episodes to watch and I'm done. Really really enjoying this season.  Madmax, I like her, her brother tho is just fuckin' awful. The douche to end all douches, a real bro, bro, lmao. Also, really hyper fuckin' aggro, gotta be more to what happened there. Have to get back to it to find out. I do like his taste in music tho.  Sean Astin is a great addition to the show imo, more 80s nostalgia goodness right there, Goonies anyone?  I'm liking Steve alot this season too but, I also like Jonathan. And, that reporter was eerily accurate on his character analysis, legit lol'd in that scene. Wasn't surprised when Nancy and Jonathan finally hooked up too. I felt bad for Steve tho, he is more into her than she is into him and he is trying his best. That scene when Eleven found her mom was heartbreaking, burn that motherfuckin' lab to the ground srsly.  The whole town looks pretty fucked, Dustin's cat!  On a lighter note, loved when the gang dressed up as the Ghostbusters, cute af! Has anyone checked out the talk show on Netflix, Beyond Stranger Things? *I think that's what it is called* Once I'm done with the season, I'll get on that. |

Just watched ep 8, am I the only one who thinks that that rainbow spaceship scene with Joyce and Will and how proud she was is an analogy to Will's sexuality or I'm soooo desperate to get some tiny represention from this show that I'm seeing things? also Bob's death is bad writting, sorry but you are not running from interdimensional monsters only to stop there waiting to be eaten!!!!! GRRR I HATE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I can see the final episode later and read your comments! |
