I've never NOT had Divine Leliana. Like even the Inquisitor that I set out trying to get Divine Vivienne got Leliana.
From what I understand, it has to do with the core decision points - There's a page on the wiki under "Divine Election" where it details the points, though it also mentions bugs that completely upend it all, so who even knows hot that shakes out.

The points system always seems to work on ps4. I wonder if it's a pc specific bug, cause I hear about it a lot-but never encountered it.

Must be because I always do what I need to get Leliana and I've still managed to get Viv more than once. Though I think that was always on the character who went Templars over Mages so maybe there's some weird bug in the decision making there. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's annoying for Trespasser, but if I wanted to use the world state I'd just change it in the Keep. However, I have two Inquisitor's I use for the Keep (one Mage, one Templar decision path) that I have world states for and I only plan to use those for Import in the next game so it doesn't bother me too much anymore if something is a little buggy.

Well, I finished replaying Inquisition plus all the DLCs. Trespasser is still great, but it felt shorter than I remembered it.
Now I think I'm going to do Origins next - and finally romance Alistair for the first time instead of Ser Gilmore. It's funny, Alistair is one of my favorite DA characters and I was devastated when I played Origins the first time in PlayStation and couldn't romance him and yet I've never done it because I'm so hooked on that damn Ser Gilmore mod and the backstory they wrote him and Cousland.

The Ser Gilmore mod is very enjoyable and I like that it also goes into Awakening, it adds a lot to the game and was probably the one and only time I enjoyed playing as a Cousland. (I know you can use him for any Origin there's just so much more backstory with a Cousland.) I hope you enjoy the Alistair romance however. I've only completed Origins a handful of times and the majority was with romancing him. (Forever salty the DA Keep kinda nixed that so I had to use a different Warden.)
I'm currently replaying DA:I myself, can't find my guidebook and I hate alt tabbing so I'm doing all those puzzles manually and I'd forgotten how annoying some are. XD My memory is still pretty good on other things though considering I haven't done a full playthrough (I did a run just before this one but skipped a ton of stuff) in years, and I'm remembering a lot of other stuff, though I do reach points of 'how the hell do I reach that' when it comes to navigating a map and forgetting how to get there.

BLACKWALL FANS ARE FINALLY GETTING SOME PROPER MERCHANDISE!!!
A Blackwall statue is now available at the BioWare Gear store! I was so happy when I got the email this morning!
I'm definitely going to get myself one!
Hopefully this means they're listening to feedback about underrepresented and unloved characters that need more merchandise and maybe... we'll also get a Kaidan statue!
I know Sera already got a bust, but I hope she also gets a proper statue along with Vivienne! I'd love to have my favorite companions together on display!

I know Hogwarts Legacy is sort of a controversial subject, but holy shit did they lift so much aesthetically from Inquisition. Basically everything to do with the main quest gives me deja vu for Trespasser specifically.

It's so bad, he doesn't do different voices very well at all and he really is everywhere. Maybe it wouldn't be so noticable if I haven't spent so much of my life hearing Cullen. |

So David Gaider spoke a bit of some uncut ideas for Dragon Age Inquisition, one of them was an attack on Skyhold by Corypheus, which explains why the Skyhold upgrades exist, as their original plan was to use them for the attack. He wanted to up the ante on the threat of Corypheus and maybe one of the characters would have died in the attack, and he thinks it would have been Varric, as he originally had plans to kill him in a canceled expansion for Dragon Age 2.

He’s wrong about it not being missed. Corypheus attacking Skyhold should have been the endgame, to mirror the attack on Haven - that was an event that was foreshadowed, the gun placed on the table, that fails to be utilized. It makes more sense than him suddenly reopening the Breach at the Temple ruins - he shows up at our base in full force, and we have to stop him by going through various areas of Skyhold, maybe even fighting his forces to there, and the final fight going between the throne room and the courtyard... THAT would have been so much more satisfying.

I think it was also supposed to be how corypheus got to the temple of mythal. I think the eluvian Morrigan had was supposed to be a bigger deal.
The end of DAI is bad as it is in game. And the temple of mythal, while cool, feels so out of place right before the big ending. Should have been attack on skyhold leading to final revelations and battle at temple as a chase sequence.

I think it's a shame they had to cut it, would have made a bigger impact especially if there was a risk of losing people like how you could fuck up and lose people in Awakening if you didn't upgrade the Keep. The final boss fight we did get with Corphy at the end was pretty lame and boring. I found his fight in DA2 more interesting and complex (though most of that difficulty was the hold command sucking and companions running into the fire) but it still felt more of a worthy fight than what we got in DA:I.
I'm also wondering how the confrontation with Solas might go in this context. Will we get a boss fight or will something happen off screen (or will he somehow survive/get away/be redeemed) in some lame ass thing about choices or some nonsense.

Honestly the Dalish were interesting to me in DAO cause I was still a kid living with my parents on the reservation and honestly there’s not a lot of media now and definitely not then that felt even abstractly/symbolically related to that life but as the series went on… that interest dried up.
I like Elder Scrolls elves cause Orcs are elves there. I also like Pathfinder/Starfinder Dark Elves.
