So I noticed that some people played the game, and well with the new expansion coming up I decided to make a thread about it so we can post the going ons in our game, the mods (if any) we use and even our units!

I'm on console so no mods, and I usually just take it easy...and still usually end up losing people.
Pretty excited to play the upcoming expansion!

This is one of my fav games for Xbox One. I am definitely excited about the new expansion. The new enemies sound interesting and all, but I'm really excited about the new relationship/bonding dynamic for my soldiers. Now I might have more evidence to head canon relationships between my hot soldiers!  Why, yes, I do want to see my hot ginger Scottish soldier and my hot blond Norwegian soldier hanging out and bonding together. Thanks for asking! |

I finished my first playthrough about a week ago. It was a ton of fun and a very worthy successor to Enemy Unknown, even if I didn't lose as many people as I hoped; I should try a harder difficulty next time.
I think I might post goings on/regular updates on a Commander or Legendary playthrough after the new expansion comes out. It looks almost Enemy Within-esque in terms of shaking up the game, and the soldier bonds sound like a fun addition.

War of the Chosen comes out next week and has 5 Star Trek TNG actors in it. Michael Dorn, Jonathan Frakes, Denise Crosby, Marina Sirtis and John de Lancie. So exciting.

Been playing War of the Chosen on rookie difficulty, and I've lost 3 soldiers so far.
Loving the new classes (Reapers and Skirmishers mainly) and the Chosen fights can get pretty rough (I only beat the Assassin last night, and will probably try to beat the Hunter tonight).
