I feel like we still don't have any closure for most of the places we've been already, but E.S. doesn't seem to like to finish the stories they start it seems.

Hammerfell seems like a good choice, but I say that for sort of a lame reason. I don't really know much about the ES lore. I played Skyrim, and still play it, but I honestly don't pay too much attention to that aspect of the game. Running around the pretty scenery and bashing skeletons in the face is my joy in the game (and endless hours of mod tinkering).

With that in mind, my primary reasoning is that Hammerfell, I believe, is primarily populated by dark-skinned peoples (Redguards). More of those are needed in games, especially ones with fantasy settings.
