I guess Orville is more classic Star trek and discovery is more reboot Star trek. I like both for different reasons.

I've never seen ST: Discovery. It's hidden behind a paywall I'm not willing to subscribe to. That's just one reason why Orville probably has more appeal.

I was also worried it got cancelled. It was the fun version of Star Trek. It is rather fun at times. I look forward to its return.

It was blatant. People are stupid though so I guess I'm not surprised.

Oh god that episode was so good. Totally thought of Mass Effect 2/3 during that entire fight. Need more space battles in my life.
