Ah Magnolia, The Third Rail's tempting songstress, voiced by the incomparable Lynda Carter.

She's not a companion, but she is romanceable, for one night at least. So I can at least thank Fallout 4 for the opportunity to romance my first crush.
After your one night together, she will dedicate a song to your character if you interact with her again back at the Third Rail. Sadly, while she's available to both genders, the song she sings for you is called "Man Enough", which ended up sounding more like a brush off song than a compliment.

(I suppose I should add, the thread title is from the lyrics of Sugar Magnolia by the Grateful Dead)

I've heard that she was a synth, but I didn't know about the list. (I've seen people say they've looted a synth component from her body)

So if I ever do get around to triggering Act 2 and boarding the Prydwen, when they ask about my 'relations', I can proudly say I've banged both synths and ghouls (i'm romancing Hancock. And Piper, but she's 100% human as far as I know)
