Dragon Age 2 would be perfect for me if Sebastian had been available to men...I mean they have absolutely no excuse for making him straight when the dialogue and implied attraction is already there anyway for a male Hawke. He's totally jealous when I am romancing Anders and not him, haha.  ...But I'm happy with Anders anyway. There's a reason I've never tried romancing Fenris, Isabela, and Merrill haha.  One, but important excuse here: he wants to kill Anders. In fact: he insists to kill Anders. So: according to me, he can be straight. (Of course, he has a nice ass... but a nice ass not an excuse!) Sebastian is quite attractive-till he opens his mouth. Then he just ruins it for me. All his anti-mage dialogue and wanting to turn in Anders-and just basically being an asshat-hard pass. I was going to romance him once as a female just to check it off a list of some sort-but I just couldn't do it. I have romanced everyone in that game but him. It's odd that I'd rather romance Isabella than him-but it is what it is. He is hot though...such a waste of a great character design. "Just shut up an look pretty Sebastian!" |

"I swear, I will teach you, what the true justice is..." he says when leaves Hawke... and three years later, in a middle of a world chaos, he shows, what the true vengeance is... I fucking love this! He more interesting than a simple choir boy, sadly, his vengefulness doesn't make him more sympathetic, even if he really wants to be that pious man, as he shows himself. He falls so easily. |

But if I play again I'll probably just romance one of them. The question is which...choices are hard! I do like that Anders moves in though, that makes for a very pleasant headcanon space-specially the 3 years between act 2 and 3. I couldn't bring myself to play the Orlesian Warden the one time I did the ultimate sacrifice because it completely ignores your world state for whatever reason...so I just resurrected my dead Warden.  See I really hate this and how lazy Bioware can be sometimes, fortunately my playthrough is pretty much the same as the default world state for Awakening (Alistair rules alone, siding with the mages, etc) but it's a real pain in the ass because I have to edit with a console command to make Nathaniel survives in DA2 because I use my "Ultimate Sacrifice" save and not the DA:A one for DA2  What about Oghren and his 0 friendship with the Warden if she/he is alive? JUST LAAAAAAME BIOWHUR WHY!? Anyway, actually I'm very eager to play the orlesian warden again and have Anders with me now  having a bear/wolf/giant spider being a ranger as friends is cool too XD |

He went from being a drunk yet funny dwarf to being a drunk over the top no longer funny waste of space (for me). I often just don't let him join the wardens-cause he annoys me that much. the only thing I do like about his content in awakening is the part where he's scared of pants. The rest-infuriates me. Specially knowing he abandoned his family. That bothers me so much-and I know I take these games too seriously. Anders please roast Oghren harder in the banter love! |
