 Looks like it's time for this year's TGA, folks! And since we had a lot of fun in the last two threads discussing gaming-related stuff (like E3's and Gamescon's threads), it seemed appropriate to have one for this event too! The nominees have been shared a few days ago on Youtube and Geioff Keighley will be the host. And keep in mind that new games will also be announced and/or revealed here, so stay tuned for that too! Here's also the video if you want to check them out. TGA 2017 will stream on December 7th (Thursday) at 8:30 PM ET / 5:30 PM PT. I doubt it'll happen but I hope they finally reveal the next Dragon Age! Although part of me worries how that will turn out.
I mean, can we have some RPGs?

Greedfall? That is true, though I can't say I'm nearly as excited for that as a Bioware game. From what we know I'd still rather play ME:A even. I prefer scifi over fantasy, I like ME's gameplay, the dialogue options are probably comparable and sadly ME:A's CC actually sounds better than Greedfall's  And Bioware gets some great voice actors that I could listen to all day. On that note, I can romance Suvi in ME:A, odds are I won't like anyone in Greedfall even if there's more than one option for Teh Gayzâ„¢. But hopefully it's good! We need all the RPGs we can get. I hope DA4 is good too, badly. Not just for my enjoyment, but so Bioware can keep making, you know, Bioware games. Not Anthem. /Mini-rant I only became aware of that game cos of y'all here. Same. |

I voted for some of those categories. I don't think I'll watch the show, but I'll tune into the thread to see who won, and if any exciting game news happens I'll eat it up with a spoon. haha

I'll tune in for sure, hopefully that new tomb raider game is revealed here finally. And maybe something from nintendo cuz they have a ton of nominations for the first time in quite some time. Ridiculous that a beta is nominated for GOTY though. I enjoyed Mario, Zelda, horizon, but I still feel I had the most investment and emotions with Andromeda, closest other thing was Destiny 2. I enjoyed a lot the story of D2 and liked seeing my character through a couple of scenes, but its missing the level of depth, romance and just relationships interactivity with characters.

What is everyone hoping to see revealed here? For me da new game would be nice a anthem trailer because I still can't work out if I am wanting it or not and a Greedfall trailer would be nice.

95 minutes until it begins. I hope HZD wins GOTY, but there's some good contenders for that category.
I hope Uncharted The Lost Legacy wins something, tho.
