OmGz they made Snatch game good again!  I thought for a hot minute Eurka was going to win for a third time in a roll, but she slayed either way! Great great snatch game for her, Aquaria, and that Maya Angelou performance! wow! |

Well that was a god damned disaster......
Disappointing reading in that library challenge. I was expecting both Monet and Cracker to be much funnier than they were. Thankfully Eureka brought it, per usual, and deserved that win. Her "read" of Kameron was hysterical.
I was SO excited when Cracker said she was doing Dorothy Parker. That could have been epic! (My favorite Dorothy Parker quote, when asked to use the word "horticulture" in a sentence: "You can lead a horticulture but you can't make her think") And, again, disappointing. What's up with Cracker? She has the comedy chops but seems to be pulling a "Trixie Mattel" and just being mediocre in the comedy challenges when she's clearly a much funnier person outside of the competition.
Eureka and Monet were hilarious in Snatch Game. I'm really happy for Monet, who seems to be on an upswing. But HOLY SHIT was Aquaria good as Melania Trump. She had that shit ON LOCK. I was so surprised that she had that in her. She made a brilliant decision in choosing a "dumb" celebrity so that she could lean in on her own vapidness. And she had all of Melania's ticks and quirks down pat. I haven't been THIS surprised at a Snatch Game performance since Tatiana won Season 2's version with her spot-on Brittany Spears impression!
Asia's Beyonce? Gurl.
That runway was AWKWARD. The Vixen is damaged goods. She's been hurt and she's just not comfortable with how to communicate her feelings well and she's really emotionally immature. She is clearly a sweet person when she wants to be, but her default is to become this mean, aggressive, defensive, spiteful person. When she criticized Eureka for "not trying to change" after she's been going on and on all season about how others shouldn't "poke the bear" and, if they do, they should just deal with whatever she does because that's "just how she is"? One of the most hypocritical moments in Drag Race herstory. If she even had a prayer before (which I didn't think she did), she lost it in that moment. And, apparently, she didn't learn her lesson because she's lashing out at people for defending Eureka on social media. <sigh>
And I would NEVER have thought that Monique would give one of the worst lip sync performances ever. That was cringe-worthy. Yikes. She's going to have to live with that for a long time. And, worst of all, she spent the whole time in untucked dealing with The Vixen's drama and not focusing on her own lip sync. That was mind-blowingly dumb, in my opinion.
So after this week:
Love - Eureka, Monet, Cracker (but barely, get it together, girl!)
Like - Kameron
Meh - Aquaria
Dislike - Asia
Hate - The Vixen
Can't wait for the Cher challenge next week. Will they get ACTUAL Cher and not just Chad Michaels?

Welp didn't think it was possible but the Vixen is actually more unlikable than Phi Phi O' Hara, that's impressive. Aquaria was epic in the Snatch game and stunning on the runway, well done. Impersonating Beyonce is not your destiny child, 3 times, get the hint girls, it just doesn't work. Eureka is getting a strong edit in the show, can see her being in the final 3 but, I still feel Aquaria will win. Really enjoyed the snatch game and the lil bits we got with Bianca. Legend.  |

^ Legit made me lol! I've been bingin' DragCon and live Snatch game vids, send help.  Really hope Ru brings back Miss Vanjie next season just like he gave Shangela another lifeline and Eureka. Really didn't see enough of this queen or her potential. The Villain is gone, oh noes, please don't go, your unprofessional and childish tantrums were a joy to watch. |

The challenge this week was kinda meh but that lip sync battle was very entertaining. Haven't seen that twist in many seasons but honestly that lip sync for your life between Eureka and Kameron, neither of them deserved to go home, it was pretty epic imo |

The challenge performances were all very underwhelming. I didn't really agree with the picks for the bottom 2 even... so I'm really glad no one went home for sure! |

While I can acknowledge that the individual episodes have been mostly high quality (I chalk most of it up to the longer run time), this has been such an irritating and frustrating season to watch.
If I was going to rank the cast based off of how much I liked each queen and how much I was rooting for them, numbers 12, 13, and 14 are all in the top five and that fucking kills me.

I could have sworn that article I read said there wasn't a new episode this week, that's what I get for reading things. lol! Anywho...I really enjoyed seeing Frankie on the show this week. He's a personal favorite Big Brother contestant of mine! |

I'm sad to see Cracker go, Why is Cameron still in this? I honestly don't see what they must be seeing in him?!?!?!?! That's all I can say for now. Still processing things. Still that final 4 minus 1 of them is very amazing. Though I really don't want Aquaria to win, I'm so sick of boring queens winning because they have the most editorial looks-but have zero personality. |

So basically the whole episode tonight was a huge edit of The Aquaria story. How everything is about her. So I think after being beat to death with it, I am going to just accept it that she's going to be the winner. However, I really was hoping for some variety-but it seems we are going to get yet another fishy fashion queen.
I really would love to see Eureka win for the big girls FINALLY 10 seasons...still not even close! Also Asia Ohara also deserves it more than Aquaria. But that's just my two cents.
Kameron, in my opinion, should have gotten the boot. She was amazing tonight, but her body of work doesn't hold up to the other 3. |

I'm at a point where I don't really care which queen wins this season, I don't have a favourite among the last 4. It's either gonna be Eureka or Aquaria tbf, I'd be amazed if Asia or Kameron snatches the crown. I'm still gonna tune in cos next week will be the re-union show and those are always entertaining.  |

I haven't always liked the winners <cough, Tyra, cough, Violet>, but I've always had someone to root for in the finale before. In many cases, multiple people (I loved both Shea and Peppermint in Season 9, and would have been happy with anyone in Season 8, although I preferred Bob).
This season is the first season where I genuinely don't care who wins. Technically Aquaria probably deserves the win the most since she was the best all season. Eureka was enjoyable at times (and frustrating at others), so she wouldn't be the worst. I think Asia could have been an amazing winner, but she got too wrapped up the Vixen drama and now Ru will never let her win. And then there's Kameron. Gurl.......
Meh. Which is a shame because I really should care more.

I also wasn't crazy about the top four of S6, but Dela was one of my all time faves even before AS3 and she was there until almost the very end. Whereas here, Aquaria and Eureka (and the not so dearly departed Cracker) are some of my least favorite queens ever. And while I like Asia lot and she's my preferred winner, she wouldn't be anywhere near my top twenty favorite queens of all time if I bothered to rank them. Ultimately, I think this is probably going to go down as my least favorite non-AS season. People like to bitch about S8 & S9 being "boring" but having someone to root for is so important in my opinion. Speaking of this season ending with a wet fart rather than a bang, holy hell was that reunion unbearable to watch. No one watches this show to see Dr. RuPaul's arm chair psychology emotional torture porn variety hour. This would be such a better show if Ru was either less involved or at least didn't shoe horn in his obsessions with his ego, pseudo-psychology, and manipulated pathos. Also I saw various corners of the internet make a big deal about the Kameron moment and the tea turned out to be weak as hell. That was no the sequel to Darth Valentina. |

It was a kinda weak final. WTF was Asia doing with that butterfly gimmick in her lip sync battle??? Aaaaaahhh that was so distracting and bad!!! Whoever told her that was a good idea is a bad friend. Lmao at the reactions of the queens during it
Those poor butterflies. Anyway that disastrous attempt to pull a Sasha Velour aside she was up against Kameron, the lip sync slayer, she wasn't gonna win there. Kameron picked wisely to advance to the final 3. Thrilled to see Monet win Miss Congeniality.The final 3 lip sync was a bit all over the place, Aquaria's looks were on point, she was consistent and innovative throughout the competition and in the finish deserved the crown but she is still one of my least favourite winners, alongside Violet Chachki. |
