I just finish this game a minute ago and I want to share it to you guy. Basically this game is Visual Novel / Card game from Winter Wolves (You can choose to skip card game mode when you start new game). Playtime is around 20 hours. Story about Human settle in another planet. You can expect many species to engages, both organic and robotic. Choice have consequence both story and romance. Card battle is not that difficult and you have easy mode. So let try it! Three different ending. Romance They have 3-4 option for straight, Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual. White, Black, people in colour are all option. Also bad boy, Royal and even Robot! Player can have relationship with many character but eventually have to choose only one (or none) before final Chapter. I play as Gay male and I am satisfied in many level because I finally can have relationship with the Prince and can become his Knight in shining armor!. They mention Prince's consort too. But I don't know Alex (player) can claim the title or not since they have 4 answer to choose.
They have two different art style that can change in option menu

I'd like to play a story based visual novel. Most m/m related visual novels are dating sims. But the problem I have with Winter Wolves is, that they don't ship m/m the same way they ship f/f and f/m. Kinda stupid, isn't it? I should be glad that we get some representation by them. Especially since there are only very few visual novels with gay romances. But I can't forget that we're second class citizens again. I know, there is one visual novel of them that's m/m only, but they said it was an exception and they want to stay with f/m and f/f. That's a bit disappointing.
But maybe, I'll give it a try. Their games look actually great.
What I don't understand though... Why is there a different character (Diana Nelson) in the alternate art? I just wonder, because all other characters are the same, just with another portrait.

That sounds interesting. Do they have a different personality (like Scott and Sara from Mass Effect Andromeda) or is the personality influenced by the choice of the protagonist at the beginning? Well I think on the game the other sibling doesn't show much of his/her personality. And I still (and won't) play Diana so I don't know what is her character for real  . |

yeah, I find it hard to support that company knowing they make the gay m/m content for straight women who fetishize that content. I enjoyed the one game of theirs I played-but after I read the official boards some I was sick to my stomach that I gave them any money at all honestly.

I enjoyed the one game of theirs I played-but after I read the official boards some I was sick to my stomach that I gave them any money at all honestly. I didn't know that. This has been on my list for a bit now, but I was going to wait for a sale or something. Is the m/m content from this company really that bad?  |

The gay exclusive ones are all guys who look like girls-and I asked why and they said that the artists love to draw feminine boys and that's what yaoi fans like. So yeah, they don't make the content for gay players it's for straight women who like yaoi. I know some people like it, but the whole experience really left me feeling almost as bad as I did at Andromeda's launch. |

I decided to look it up and I'm not surprised the guy I think is hottest, Xavier, is straight...although Christophe is pretty hot as well. I'll have to look into this developer a bit more before buying their games. I might have a couple more on my Steam wish list. |

I caught a glimpse at some of their romance options in their other games and you were definitely right about the difference between the gay/bisexual guys. I'm glad Christophe is bisexual at least! I don't know if I would've wanted to try this out without him there! Interestingly enough I found out that a game I was previously interested in way back in 2016, Dead But Alive Southern England, is from these same people and also features same-sex romance. I removed it from my wish list because it seemed there were only straight romances. I'm glad I was wrong! I'll definitely post my thoughts on these games when I get around to them! |
