From that trailer clip it looks like you can flirt with them both and then choose between them. The whole 'you were mine and she took you away from me' makes it sound like you have to choose at one point.
Though I'm hoping it only leads to combat if you'd been flirting with them both/tried to lead both on before picking one.
I'd feel a little guilty breaking them up as it was without having to kill his former wife.
Unless of course the whole 'she took you away' is based only on who you side with rather than any romance stuff.
Maybe the other m/m or f/f options will be just as interesting but so far I think they've only shown those two so it interests me more. I'm not the type to flirt with everyone in a game so if someone catches my interest I'll no doubt stick with them all the way through (unless they turn out to be a quick fling or something.) On a non romance related level, I'm really liking the scenery and details we've seen so far. Just being able to pick dialogue, no matter how limited it might turn out to be, in an AC game, really intrigues me. |

yea, i saw the choice where u have to choose who to side with, i like them both idk what i will do  still its better if they fight over protag then hehe Some people appreciate a bit of love triangle drama like that (i might find it entertaining lol), but these are only two of the options so I'm sure you'll find something you like more |

Another think I notice is player Level. From what they show, Player level when arrive at this port is 18 and when we have to face Thelates is 23.
So... I think Kyra & Thelates is potential romance for this region and we have to decide their face before complete this region main quest. And we still have other region to find some love (maybe we will meet other hot guy/girl even before Kyra & Thelates).

This game looks so awesome. I bet it's gonna sell like crazy.  I am not quite on the pre-order train yet, but I'm almost certain I'm buying it. The romance and dialogue options add replayability, which was something always missing from these games before for me. Also Kassandra is hot, and I am going to enjoy staring at her while I play. (Is that creepy? It kinda sounds creepy...)  |

I just hope for my gay knight (even if he will be bi, I will roleplay as gay haha), so I can put him and my char in some sexy shiny armor/outfits and then go to some brothels and bathhouses together (also under the ship's deck) lol I know nothing about how AC works or if there are different classes, but since I cant be a witch/mage/wizard/whatever here, I hope I can be an archer thats my second favorite fighting style after arcane arts!!! Although I take using a sword is inevitable so I'm fine with it hehe They've shown that there are hunter, warrior, and assassin trees on the skills page. |

I have to say that I doubt I will take the romance with the guy we've seen to its conclusion. I might flirt with him a bit but I don't want to get in the way of a couple in love... unless he's the best or only option and then I'm taking that girl out.
I was hoping for at a least a single guy to pursue and hopefully someone who is also a bit more story important and also a strong warrior himself. Like this guy had to call me to fight his battles for him, which is fine, but I guess I'd rather be getting it on with Achilles ya know?

Yeah I know but he might be the most story-relevant. The rest might just be flings. Still, I'm not complaining as such. I've got what I needed from the game and now I'm just daydreaming about what I want. I know Achilles isn't real but there were legendary heroes like him in that time that inspired Homer to write The Iliad. |

So, it looks like there will be at least 7 different regions and islands that you travel between, each with their own stories and characters. And it sounds like forming different relationships with characters is a pretty big game play element.
