I watched some pokken tournament gameplay yesterday and it looks alot better than I thought it would. I think I'll pick it up when it comes out for the Switch.

Yeah, they still do great games, they just had a downfall with Wii U because the console's concept was incomplete, Switch is now what the Wii U should have been. My only small issue with their games is that some of them do lack meaty stories but they make up for it for their incredible gameplay and level design. |

Has anyone seen the voice chat for the switch? You need to use an App on your phone and your phone screen always has to be on and you can't use another app or it stops working.
It is the most convoluted way of doing voice chat I've ever seen, which is partially weird since the Switch is so user friendly.

So I got a 30% off voucher from Nintendo for my birthday, which is cool, but then when I tried to use it I discovered the Nintendo downside. It is only applicable to 10 games and none of them are Switch games. *sigh*

It is only applicable to 10 games and none of them are Switch games. *sigh* Yeah they are still offering deals on Wii U, probably won't see much game deals on their first party games till next year. They are very hesitant about sales in general. And yes the voice chat is awful, I just tell my friends to get on ps4 and we use the party chat from that and then play on switch hahaha. I got splatoon 2 is pretty fun, lots of different ways to play the game and stuff to grind and customize. Though I can't say I have gotten into it like an Overwatch or anything like that. |

Bought Sonic Mania over the weekend and I noticed that Nintendo has added the ability to link your PayPal account to the Switch. This really should've been there at launch but I'm glad buying stuff on the storefront is easier to buy now.

I'll be getting a switch sometime this year. do it. I got mine in December as an early Christmas present and it is so much fun. If you are a big Mario or Zelda fan, then there are already games for you. There is a Kirby game and a Metroid game coming out this year I believe. Plus Nintendo is porting some Wii U games and I never got the Wii U, so I'm excited |

I've bought my Switch not long ago. I can't wait for Titan Quest release on it (no date yet but it's been confirmed TQ is coming to NS). Zelda, Skyrim and Xenoblades are awesome. I'll buy Fire Emblem too. I'm also waiting for Seasons of Heaven and My Time at Portia. I'd love to see Mass Effect Trilogy and Dragon Age Inquisition on it.

I'm really hoping we get an updated Mario Maker for that matter. I have it on 3ds, but it's like half of what the Wii U version is (and I played a lot of it at my nephew's house so I know it's amazing on wii U). |

So there was a lot of Nintendo goodies today. Has anyone gone through all of it? I watched the Nintendo Direct. Yes indeed! I was mostly bored honestly. I did however like the sounds of the remake of Mario and Luigi inside story. I didn't play that game before, and I was just thinking I'd like to try one of those games finally. so maybe I will! I know everyone was probably thrilled with Smash brothers coming to switch, but I'm waiting for details to see if I'm hyped or not. LOL! If it's the same game I already have on 3ds...I'm just not that interested in dropping another 60 bucks for it. I'm a cheap ass gamer yall! I admit it! I'm sad there was no mention of Mario Maker coming to switch. Now that's the game I'm really wanting to arrive! But what can you do? |
