I'm not paying 20 million for a Coruscant stronghold. Yavin was around that to unlock everything I think. I have 70 million right now. If it is crazy expensive I will rage quit. As for decos, there are vendors on Fleet that have like Yavin and Rakata decos. Maybe those will be swapped out for new stuff when this happens? I think they said they're changing up vendors over the summer. Dunno if that is just for gear or what. They're never clear. Hopefully they'll add more decos. There are a few themed ones and ones you could probably match to it. I'm still waiting for the teased Zakuul stronghold, though buying up decos for that has been rather expensive. Tempted to buy the Zakuul Knight armour to dress companions up and use their decorations for it though. Any luck the Manaan one won't be too expensive, I know a lot have been asking for it for some time now. Datamining says it is the same price as Yavin IV. As for decos, slap some executive and luxury style decos all over the place. Silver and blue shit everywhere! My Manaan is going to be an academy of sorts, perhaps part of some ancient Rakata study with lots of statues. I pray pray pray it has as many Centerpiece hooks as Yavin IV. I have SO many of those. What server are you all on, if you don't mind me asking? Ebon Hawk here. Mostly Imp side because the RP life is a bit more heavy.

Executive and luxury rose in price on my server, probably by those looking to sell high for the new strongholds. I'm a horrible hoarder of my credits even though I hardly buy anything. But slapping down 20 mil for one decoration makes me sad. Your idea for your Manaan stronghold sounds pretty nice though. I'm not sure what I plan to do once the Zakuul one comes out. My main will move over to it, no doubt it'll be a bit of an Alliance theme in some places and then a more private meditation area. I just wish they'd give us an Arcann deco so I could make a more Zakuul war table theme. I have my Knights and Senya but no redeemed Prince to go with it. I'm on Progenitor myself, not for the RP but more because it was quiet when I joined and didn't want to deal with hoards of people. (I play an mmo to play solo ) I have more Imps than 'Pubs because I like the class stories more (I play light side trash) but my main is a Consular.

Now he's maxed light. Honestly, I have more fun playing Empire characters as light side, though sometimes the game auto dialogues you and it's so ??? (like the times companions say I terrorized or electrocuted someone on my Inquisitor and I didn't.) I think my favourite though is playing light on my Warrior. Confusing Jaesa that you're so light and calm is always fun. I just can't be mean, I don't have it in me.

My main was a Boosted 60 Mara, and he is default DS choices in vanilla SWTOR, which sucks because if Jaesa comes back she will be dark. I totally forgot about this. I'd restart, but my Cazran has so many awesome outfits. I know Collections exist, but I mix and match a lot and I hate the use of Cartel coins to unlock. I just got a Tythian pike and lightsaber to sell, which run 30-50 million credits a piece on my server. Manaan just bought itself, baby!

Oh my god...GOG release of KotOR actually works on windows beyond XP (It's awesome because it has one thing you can't have on phone version...f/f Bastila ) I guess I know what I'm playing for the foreseeable future

Yeah the default choices locking you as dark is the one reason I always end up playing my Empire characters from scratch, which feels like an extra long slog sometimes but I'd rather that than auto choices. I'm hoping they bring back more companions soon, but some feel like they should have been brought back already because of the whole Emperor thing already (Scourge and Kira) So finding a good reason for them to have not come back yet isn't going to be easy for them. I also wonder how they'd make the choice over light/dark Jaesa (same for Khem.) If Empire characters just got auto dark Jaesa then mine would leave her ass behind. Nice, I hope you sell them for a good price. (rofl)

All the dude bros are flipping out they can't fuck their game wives anymore. Honestly, heck em! I have Theron or Koth. Bye!!! Pshhh, I'm on the Ebon Hawk server where prices are so high you'll never be rich for long. Anything worthwhile costs 50 million or more.

They really did, the fact Scourge was silent during the whole Shadow of Revan thing was shameful. How they could bring back either, especially Scourge now, after everything is going to be difficult. Apparently if you ask Ranos about him, she says something like he's searching for a cure, but I'd hardly think that'd stop him from coming back as surely he would have sensed something messed up going on with the Knight and Vitiate's essence. I guess I'm still salty Scourge isn't back yet. But yes, at least we have Theron and Koth who are great. (Though replaying through everything just to get to Koth again is such a slog. Playing a new Warrior now for him.) Ahh, a shame. I mostly just buy decorations and generally some left side gear for my alts. They generally get hand me down mods/enhancements from my main. My Tier one alts are in like mostly 246 at this point outside of armourings.

Hell! I'm in 234! I don't do much anymore though because all my groups fall apart. I got mine the hard, grindy way. Solo flashpoint/chapters and Heroics grinding. I have at least a thousand+ alliance crates for the alliance specialists because of it. There are certainly faster ways to gain cxp but that'd require grouping. At least having my main grind stuff means I can easily outfit alts, especially now you can pick up set bonus for tier 1. I'd never go through this grind on my other three 70's, and they don't really get used until more story comes around anyway. Speaking of my main, replaying chapters for screenshots of his fancy new outfit. I enjoy dress up Barbie in this game way too much.

I have 16 outfits stamped on him. With that one, he looks like he is hiding his lekku. D'aw! All I ever do anymore are Heroics. Flashpoints and Uprisings are a buggy mess anymore. I forgot about Solo versions of flashies though. I have a lot of 50 influence companions, so those could be funsies! Thanks for the tip. My command rank is only like in the 110s range. I've been doing DK, NS, Tat, and Voss heroics to finish off some companion achievements because they're relatively short and easy. Oh, and redecorating and trying on new outfits. Dressing Togruta is so difficult because of clipping.

Dressing Togruta is so difficult because of clipping. I got this rather pretty blue/blue dye in the same pack I got the chest so I dyed it, the colours work much better for him than the default darker ones. XD Never tried Uprisings, I don't really want to group and I doubt my class spec could easily solo them so heroics/dailies and flashpoints work. I've been running some Veteran flashpoints lately which usually gets me a crate per run. Boring but very time efficient, I find having a stealth class makes things so much quicker (and less deadly) though. I probably should grind out the companion achievements but I usually just pick a favourite and stick with them forever. I usually only have 1-2 influence 50 companions, I'm too cheap to feed gifts to them all so my favorites or those romanced get the gifts. Amatus hasn't used another companion since he got Arcann. I've never managed to make a Togruta or Twi'lek I like, the clipping certainly doesn't help. I'm mostly Sith Pureblood trash with a sprinkling of humans.

farferello I love the new uniform blue dye from the new pack. I bought several more from the GTN, so I can have extras. I have a full set of LS gear from the vendor that is dyed with it. It is so shiny and one of my favorite shades of blueish grey. Uprisings are buggy as fuck. If it is bugged, your group will just abandon you, which I absolutely hate that people would rather forfeit the rewards. >< I have a little bit of every race, except Miraluka. Just not enough customization options for them. My others don't get played as much, as I find it more efficient to focus on creating a good Main Character for my RP. My favorite companions to use are the Force users or anyone melee. The ranged companions don't move around are not that effective as healers because I run around a lot as a marauder.

It really is a nice colour, I may have to pick up more, though I'm fussy and don't often change my characters outfits until I find something really nice. My Knight has been in the same outfit since chapter 2 of his class quest because I like him in it so much. Ugh that sounds bad, I still remember when the Iokath stuff was first released and how bugged certain quests were/are. The showdown with the three Iokath Sentinels in the Walker still traumatizes me even now. Just a shame things take so long to get fixed. For companions I mostly stick with romances (Koth and Theron) or my favourites when leveling. Though my Knight uses Scourge for everything (had to get him back from the terminal, I can't wait until they reintroduce him) and my Consular uses Arcann. I do wish there were more male force user companions though - but you're right, sometimes the ranged companions hang back too much on my melee characters, but at the same time, some melee companions decide to spend more time hitting the enemy than healing me. Though since KOTET was introduced they all seem to suffer from the serious lag when they run behind you. (Also totally read that Boyd post before, there's so much retcon and lore inconsistency in this game I try not to think about it too much.) All of my characters are force users (mostly because I enjoy them more) but when I did take a Sniper and Trooper through KOTFE it just felt kinda dumb on them, especially chapter 12.

The amount of times my Shadow has cut himself in half ) I liked the little touches you got about your class through the story but there really wasn't enough in that or KOTET. Though I'm not sure how to feel about going back to a possible Republic v Empire war after the Iokath stuff. Like, my Empire characters sided with Jace during the Iokath story, no way would they go back to the Empire if Iokath allegiance is just a vacuum to that planet. I'd probably have to stop playing them if that were the case.

I'd probably have to stop playing them if that were the case. For two expansions we were neutral, completely abandoned by either side. Now, with Iokath, we have to choose a side? It made me so frustrated. I chose Jace as well. The Republic was starving after the war with Zakuul. Iokath tech could've saved the galaxy. Acina offered me nothing, despite being a fancy dresser. It sucks on Iokath because as an Imp who sided with the Pubs, I can't find groups for the World Boss or anything of the sort because there is no cross-faction chat. Grrrrrr. Right now in game, I am grinding Make heroics a bit to finally reach the final reputation rank. I think those horse-like statues at the vendor would look nice on Manaan. I spent about 18 mil today on decos. I'm a monster. I need to be stopped. What if I hate Manaan? My Cazran is the Eternal Stalwart, Lord of the Oceans, member of Dark Rulers of the Bedroom (an e-RP guild Imp side). Don't judge. He uses dual Unstable Peacemaker sabers, ice blue crystals, and lightning tunings. He has red skin, purple montrals/lekku, blue eyes, and silver jewelry. I'm too lazy to find a good screenshot of him. I need to take more. What's a good Chapter for screenshots?

Yeah I really hated that there was no third option to stick to your alliance, given they conveniently made your ships break down so you had to go side with someone. Unless they make out that everyone who possibly knew about you turning traitor for a faction, died on Iokath, I don't see how you could easily go back to the faction you turned away from. Nor would I want to. (And yes, not having cross faction chat is really annoying sometimes in certain areas where both groups will be.) I know on my Empire characters I never saw another Imperial in the Iokath daily area. I should probably do that myself for those same statues but I kinda hate the Makeb stuff. I think I've still got the Legendary rank to do. Most of the chapters are pretty good, I found I got some nice ones in chapter nine of KOTET, chapter 6 has some decent ones toward the end once you're out of the Knight armour. A lot of chapters have weird colouring so it can be a pain. I think most of the later chapters in KOTFE aren't bad either, like from chapter 8 onward, all depends on which ones you can be bothered to replay.
