Ahsoka's my favorite character, so it would have to be her final arc. I actually cried real tears ;_; That said, I also love the very last few episodes, where Yoda goes on his little journey. Pretty eye-opening, and when you realize he's heading to Dagobah, it's like it all clicks into place. I haven't really watched the animated series, only bits and pieces, but still, she is a fascinating character. And the last episodes do seem amazing. I think I have to watch them soon. Anyway, I found this vid on youtube some time ago and I think it's pretty good... certainly got me emotional

like I said in the Gayliens thread; there are no straight people in space, and Luke is the gayest of them all

tfw you actually like the prequels a lot conceptually When the true tragedy of the prequels is that they could've been great with the same concept but different direction.

If they animated the prequels, I bet we would get lots of background Jedi with speaking parts like Aayla Secura!

And you find when Lucas' script isn't drowning a potentially impactful scene with his questionable dialogue choices, we get a glimpse of what maybe the whole prequel trilogy could have been with a different scriptwriter and director. Like for me one of the best scenes in the prequels is Padme's Ruminations Take away the dialogue, and just show rather than tell, and you have a scene that conveys so much more than any dialogue Lucas could hope to write to get across everything that is happening between the two characters, and the significance of what happens next. I also think without Lucas' script, both Christensen and Portman's acting in this scene is some of the strongest, as it's just about raw emotion and body language conveying what the characters are feeling. I love this scene, the score from John Williams as well, it just makes it stand out so much for me.

@princme you're so right... because I often see gif sets on Tumblr of the prequels, and just the expressions on the characters' faces, it really gets the feeling across. I almost enjoy browsing gif sets more than actually watching the movies. And honestly, if you were to know absolutely nothing about Star Wars, and just saw these various gif sets, you'd think, whoa, this is an intense movie, beautiful scenery and costume, and amazing actors! Just sad, really. obiwancomeblowme Anything with more Aayla Secura would be a good thing in my book

@artemis One of my favorite things about Clone Wars was hearing all the different accents they had for Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, Aayla Secura, Nute Gunray, Satine, Nightsisters, etc. It made Star Wars feel more real than what we get in the movies.
