Yeah, she totally looks like a guy here. And the hottest one  I know right? Casandra is strangely masculine to me in game sometimes. I mean I know her mannerisms are all very feminine and her breasts are a force that can't be ignored-but she has that something that would confuse me in real life. She's so strong and forceful too. If she was a man, she'd be a hot KISA for men for sure. I think there should be more female characters like Cassandra. She's not written to be a female character but written to be a character, if that makes sense. Well, except for the romance, but again, for the most part her being a woman is incidental to her route rather than essential. Female characters often get pigeon-holed into the same 3-4 archetypes with minor variations because them being women becomes important to the way they're written in a way it shouldn't. |

A male version of Cass would be so perfect, tough but with soft side it's just irresistible for me  I forgot about Jay from Beyond two Souls, I said that Alistair was my first romance but I was referring playing as gay character, I'm glad my sis bought this game, the story and characters touched me real hard.  He's so dreamy and I love native american culture, I would wish some native american LI in ME, I would like to know what happened with their culture in future games (I want an asian LI too, why this has not happened yet is beyond me) |

Oooh, @artemis Capcom just announced that they are bringing Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen to the PS4 and XOne. I know you play on PC, but I am excited cause now I can trade in our copy and get one for the new consoles. Awww yeah, that's awesome!!  I keep trying to talk myself into buying a new console, we'll see what happens lol I just saw this news and came here to post it. Now I'm curious if BioWar will ruing him completely in DA4 (you know, by ditching his romance with Inquisitor, or making his relationship with IB the happier one... yeah, I know it's the happier one already... but they still have the chance to correct that mistake kek) |

Same. I also want this for the f/f routes since there's never been a DA game with two super memorable, well-written f/f romances. I actually really liked both Bull and Dorian, and find them way better than what we got in the f/f department. And I'm not saying this just because I wasn't satisfied with either f/f route in DA:I. I want more complicated, well-written f/f routes that aren't just one-note. We've only gotten that from Sheryl Chee's f/f romances, tbh. Aww I know this is all personal preference, but I really loved Merrill. I thought she and Isabela were very different, and certainly Merrill is plot-relevant, being that she puts together an eluvian, and well, those do have some significant in the narrative! I agree. I liked both Merrill and Isabella but I wouldn't say either are a personal favorite for me. I know this is sacrilegious to you Isabella lovers. I can definitely appreciate them both and that is why I am so in favor of the player-sexual team. I always seem to prefer the male only LI besides a few exceptions... Silk Fox, Vetra, Liara. But Morrigan and Cassandra are my real favorites. I do think the Dragon Age team does a much better job at creating equal choices and opportunities for romance then Mass Effect team but they still seem to have the problem giving the main story relevant LI to F/F for whatever reason. I would really love an older Tevinter mage squadmate/adviser reminiscent of the Morrigan romance somewhat and with the attitude "problems" of Cassandra and Morrigan. Kind of rough on the outside. You know? It would be a nice change from the fluffy, friendly, and flirty girls we always get. I'm not saying I don't love those but It would be different. |

I know this can annoy or offend some people but I don't mind when romance characters don't have a specified sexuality and that their interest in the player takes the spot light. Sure you have characters with past love interests or interests in other teammates/characters that make preferences known... But it doesn't matter to me. I mean as long as real people get the same level of content that is what I care about. I do like seeing LBGT characters in the story and lore of course. I don't care what happens in other peoples games or what they headcanon tbh. That is like those girls who imply Jaal is ruined by him sucking a d*ck in an AU. What does it matter to them, how does it change their experience? This probably comes from my pansexuality. Sorry if I offended people with that language. |
