Haha I was more like well if hes the rightful heir to the throne its gonna get interesting with dany. I guess we think differently  Oh, I'd bet money he's just gonna roll over for her. I don't think he has much interest in ruling. He's just gonna be a consort and raise the kids that he can undoubtedly sire with her.  |

I've wanted this ever since I read the House of Undying chapter in 'A Clash of Kings'.

GRRM set this up years ago and I'm glad I can actually see it come into fruition since The Winds of Winter isn't arriving anytime soon.

Okay, my thoughts: I'm definitely not feeling the 'Jon is a legitimate Targaryen and heir to the throne' plot. I liked it a lot better when I thought he was Rhaegar and Lyanna's bastard. Or even if Rhaegar had married Lyanna in additon to Elia (since Targaryen's have practiced polygamy in the past). But the whole, "Nope, Elia's kids weren't considered legitimate and Jon was the ONLY legit heir" thing is a little to cliche. That being said, I am not mad at #boatsex. I could not care less if they are Auntie and nephew. It's not for ME, but in this world? It's not the worst thing. And, we go to see Jon's HOT bubble ass, so there's that. Thank god Jamie has finally seen the light with Cersei. Jamie is too good for her. He's really become one of my favorite characters, despite some of the awful things he's done in the past. I like Jamie and I'm rooting for him, even if I think he's doomed in the long run. Littlefinger got his. How fucking appropriate that it was the joint efforts of Sansa and Arya, considering what a rift he created between Catelyn and Lysa. Sansa has ALSO become one of my favorite characters. When she said, "Thank you for your lessons. I'll remember them always."  Arya is still a creepy psychopath, though. I like her because she's a badass, but she's a fucking creep. Can we safely assume that Tormund and Beric are buried under the rubble of the Wall? I mean, I like them both very much, but it would be silly to expect that they've survived that, right? Okay, here are my predictions for the end game: I'm holding firm that Jamie survives the battle in the North and is the one who kills Cersei. My personal prediction? She actually IS pregnant and she gives birth to a dwarf, who she instantly hates and wants to kill. And Jamie kills her (and is then killed in return or kills himself) by strangling her. I also think that Jon will die in the battle in the North in some noble sacrifice, but that Dany is pregnant from boat sex. And I predict that she'll die in childbirth (given her thoughts that she can't have any kids and that Jon's mom died the same way), with the show ending with a new Targaryen dynasty taking the throne in the form of their baby. And Sansa will continue to be the Warden of the North. |

Cersei's pregnancy is very interesting to me. The leaks this year were basically 100% accurate, but there was something about Cersei was wrong. Well not wrong, just didn't happen.
There was supposed to be a scene of her walking up covered in blood after Jamie leaves supposedly having miscarried. I dunno if they've cut that completely or if its just been pushed back to be part of season 8. I definitely think they changed their minds about it though. |

I seriously wonder what Rhaegar would have done with his former family had he not been killed? Rhaegar was dead long before Jon was born, and Aegon 1 and Rhaenys does not long after his (Rhaegar) death. Lyanna probably named him. And i don't think there's aby indication that Rhaegar was planning to set his first children aside. |
