I should be caught up by then. Sooooo happy Stannis got what was coming to him. As for Jon, well, I've heard spoilers so I know it's not the end. Interested to see how it turns out.
I guess I should ask. Is anyone here not caught up? Do I need to use spoiler tags for anything S1-S7?
Ah I have to keep my mouth shut until you get caught up. Can't wait to see your reactions to things. Already super happy with what Brienne did S5E10.

Learned Jon's fate, saw where Sansa ended up and learned that, yes, Brienne knows what she's talking about. Concerned about Rickon.

OK, finished Season 6. Really, really, really messed up. One thing I hated and one I really loved. Really sad Rickon died and can't help wondering how Brandon will feel about it. He sent Rick away to protect him and he ended up dead. I am really glad Ramsay got what was coming to him, but Sansa no less. I guess Bolton just gets absorbed into Winterfell but after Robb, Catelyn and now Rickon, it's no less than they deserve to no longer exist. Yeah, I'm watching a lot but this is possible because I'm currently jobless. Probably won't be able to watch any of it over the weekend since I'll be out of town. Might be back earlier than expected due to weather.

Cersei is one cruel bitch and I'm happy for the ones she got rid of in S6E10 but I'm really sad about two of the ones who died.

Is it wrong to say I might just be in love with Arya Stark? Possibly the most dangerous woman in Westeros.

Considering how few they have left, I'm rather surprised at how little the plot advanced in that episode, but I suppose several things are about to kick off next week...

That one was quite lovely, though. The scene with Brienne's knighting was so unexpected and touching, this alone makes me want to rewatch this episode once more. I think they did extremely well with the first two episodes, the first one being a big 'Hello' and this one 'Goodbye' for a lot of the characters. But now that we certainly know things are about to go down next week I find the wait quite annoying. One last week of (most likely unsuccessful) hoping the characters I root for are gonna make it until the end.

I like all of the main characters currently at Winterfell in different ways. I just hope that whoever survives sticks some form of sharp object through Cersei's black heart in the last episode. I love her as a character but I don't want her to end up winning.

Overall I've been super cynical about this season, so I decided not to talk too much about it since everyone I know IRL is super happy with it and I'm trying not to be the usual buzzkill.
Episode 3 wasn't bad though, a lot more summer movie blockbuster than GRRM may have wanted? But a good episode nonetheless.
The Night King's death was a bit cheap, but it went to the best character in the show, so I'm totally OK with it.
Also in the middle of the episode I joking said out loud "quick we're being overrun we need more callbacks to hit them with!". Turns out they did in fact win via callback though, so... jokes on me? I AM looking forward to see what comes next though. I'm still holding out hope for Sansa ruling the North.

I’m totally okay with Arya being the one to kill him, but I definitely wasn’t expecting it or for him to die this early in? There’s still lore stuff related to him that never got explained and now it’s just like welp lol.
Also tbh I’m surprised that more of the characters didn’t die - I was surprised that Tormund, Brienne, Jaime, Sam, and Pod ALL made it. I was sure Tormund was toast. I’m glad he didn’t die though because he’s a weirdo and I like him. Lol
