Is that an option? I recruited him last night and I only remember seeing an option to invite him to join your party... or tell him that you can't let him live, in which case he'll turn hostile. As far as I know Taliesen never appears if you don't recruit Zevran. In some previous play, I tested a bunch of the options to see them. I thought I recalled that he sort of hobbled off, holding his wounded side. That's nice to know! I always thought it was deal or die, haha.

I didn't realize pausing the action in Inquisition is actually a cool way to take pictures till now:

Do any of y'all ever take forever to go through these games because you have to go everywhere and do everything, even to clicking on all of the NPCs? I'm finally getting to the end of Trespasser right now. I've clocked 210 hours on a single playthough... Click on all the things. And I still have a lot of codex pages missing. Before DA4 I'll probably redo all three games to get a perfect canon. I need to get Leliana on the sunburst throne this time, at the very least.

Aaaand I finished Inquisition. I'm cry.
The final scene could have had more dialogue, but overall, I liked the DLC. It gave me the feeling of closure I didn't have with DA2.

The good news is you can always just switch over a few things in the Keep if need be, but yeah it's more fun to play it and get it just how you like.

Yeah, I always end up with a swath of missing codex entries that I have NO IDEA how to even attempt to get. Aside from like one or two character codexes for characters only encountered through allying with the templars. But that simply CAN'T account for everything.

There's a store in the game you can buy some of the codex entries you may have missed. I don't know if that's the ones you are missing or not...but seemed worth mentioning. I personally don't codex much.

I personally don't codex much. This usually only applies to codices on missions or other areas you might get locked out of. For example, a person that picks the mages can never get the ones on the templar mission (and vice versa), so you can buy those in the store. Or if you're just going through WEWH and not bothering with those, you can buy them later on after the mission. If you miss some random codex in the Western Approach or wherever, you'll have to hunt that down.

For you, VFerreira93 , and anyone else. Fix mods (Fixes broken things, or general errors): Dead Templar and Fade Qunari FixGolem Registry and Shapers Life Reward FixTiny FixesA Fallen Templar Quest FixDragon Age Rules Fixpack (I suggest going through this one and picking only the fixes you want to use. Read things over carefully. Or perhaps just don't use this on a first play.) Pixelated Shaders begone (This is more of a personal preference. If you like the pixelated shaders and how they look, don't use this.) ZDF Dialog Fix (Lots of adjustments and fixes to dialogues). Various Mods:Dragon Age Redesigned (A complete "redesign" of most of the NPCs in the game. You can choose a more lore-friendly or a more attractive look. The changes for followers are optional. Even if you don't change followers because you prefer, say, another Morrigan mod, you should use this for generic NPCs.) Madd Gift Guide (Adds tags to all gifts so you know for whom they are meant.) Character Respecialization (IMO one of the most essential DAO mods. Allows you to respec yourself and followers.) Origins Faster CombatLock Bash (No rogue? No problem!) No Ninjamancing (Adds tags, like "Flirt," to dialogue options so you don't accidentally start a romance.) Retextures (Since so many are down to personal preference, I have just a few): Retexturing DAO (Retextures a good chunk of the game, although you may want to do a first play with the default look. This isn't like Skyrim in that it increases texture resolution for higher-end rigs; they're mostly the same size.) Bow Replacer (Thinner bows!) 6 female and 3 male simple underwear texturesImproved Underwear (Female only.) Mabari RecoloursCharacter Creation:SJC's Vanilla Face Textures ReplacementsSJC's Patchy Skin Fix (For darker skin tones.) LOTC's Default Eye TextureHD Eyebrow and Stubble presetsSoft Hair and Beard from KH_Creations (KH_TEXTURE REPLACEMENT FILES) DAA Things:Awakening endgame cutscene fixesAwakening Blackblade Armor Dragon Drop FixSilverite Mine stolen gear fixSigrun quest trigger fix alternativeVigilance weapon appearance fix alternativelinkJoining ritual fix for Awakening companionsDaisycutter model change (This is a personal preference.) Gift Guide - Awakening (Adds tags to DAA gifts.) This is just a mod list. If you're going to use mods that add CC things like hair, let me know and I'll cobble together a guide, as well as a guide on how to mod DAO, and to a lesser extent, DA2, as well.

Hey, while we're talking about DA mods: I know a lot of people use the Equal Love mod, but there's another one I've found that actually goes into the voice files and fixes any misgendering, so it's better. I was gonna hold off mentioning it until I'd finished a playthrough, but I keep getting pulled away. What I've seen so far works as advertised. It's called the Complete Bi Overhaul.

Random question for everyone. I never got around to playing the Trespasser DLC, so I've been thinking of picking up DA:I again to finish it and I'm wondering about who has the best romance content, Josephine or Sera?

If you are looking for a disney princess romance then Josephine, but it's very pg indeed. If you are looking for a more wild romance (though she's a bit insane) with a naughty romance scene go with Sera (and make sure to recruit Viviene for reasons...) LOL! Both have a lot of fans it seems, but for my tastes, Jose's romance was a bit too safe.

I've played through DA:I with both a Josephine & Sera romance, I was speaking of Trespasser in particular since I heard it had some additional content. I enjoyed them both, would've liked Josephine's to be a bit less PG, but I loved being able to be her knight in shining armour, that is not a role women normally get to play. And the Sera romance really set the bar for me in terms of sexual content in games.

You've played it and it doesn't sound artificial? I ask because of my experience with some Skyrim mods that mess with sound files. Those mods do dialogue splicing to make a new line. It may have been that particular line, or perhaps the author wasn't that skilled, but the only time I've heard one it sounded stilted and wrong, and reminded me that I was using a mod. It was such a turnoff that I had to reload and pick some other option so I wouldn't hear it.

I was going to play through all the way and then let y'all know how it handled, but real life keeps getting in the way. Sorry about that. I'd rather deal with awkwardly spliced dialogue than getting called a woman in the middle of a romance scene, but that's a personal thing; up to you if you want to take a chance on the new patch or just stick with the old.

Oh, I don't use bi mods. If there was no one for me, I would go without a romance. I was just curious because of my experience with mods that mess with the audio. Probably the only exception I would make to this would be for Kaidan, since he was made bi in ME3 and so should have been all along.
