Even though this game irritates the hell out of me I can't stay away, lets see what this patch does.

Ok if nothing else being able to start an expedition without running to your javelin is nice.
Seems rushing to max level is causing most problems with people, lots of diablo 3 loot requests but i dont know if this is that kind of game.

Both increased frequency and...relevancy...of loot were popular changes to D3, so it's at the very least worth considering. |

There is some grand plan we aren't seeing for them fixing the increased loot bugs apparently. |

Been pretty stable on xbox, no crashes or anything crazy. Some pc players are still have problems I read.

So some crazy theorycrafters on Reddit did some maths with builds and it seems the fundamental building blocks of this games gearing system is broken. They would have to do a full redesign to fix it. Basically pull a ff14.

So I've gotten a few masterwork weapons and mostly epic gear and fuck I get it, the endgame is pretty fun. Just some critical fixes on health and I think this can be salvaged.
All epic with 2 masterworks and hard is kicking my ass on strongholds. Guess I need to git gud. Oh playing storm also
Also Ice storm and burning orb is a hell of an aoe combination.
So I think ultimately this game is not in a state for hardcore grinding but casual grinding I think it's more than fun. Back to storm because those aoe ice primer and fire detonator attacks are money

I've read a lot of people have moved on to division 2. At this point the flying aspect to combat is the only real thing keeping anthem going until/if the major issues get fixed.
