I was trying a mix of Charmed and Scream and was loosing all my gems pretty quickly and the only options I saw to get more was to buy them. Do you know if there's another way to get them cause I am curious to try more. I just don't know if I'm willing to go back to buying in game currency again.

Those are finished( at least for now) books. The on going are: veil of secrets and American most eligible. |

I'll second the vote for Choices. Shit, Andy from It Lives in the Woods is probably the best trans character I've seen in just about anything, so that's great rep on top of the gay options. Though it sucks that diamonds are as expensive as they are; you can get free diamonds if you replay games, but it still takes about forever to buy anything.

I looked into it a bit and I think this would be the one to interest me the most...but mostly because I'm shallow. I'd need to clear up some space on my phone but I think there are nine of these "stories" I'd be interested in checking out.

I randomly decided to download the app and try these because I was bored and I picked Endless Summer because you mentioned it and HOLY SHIT IS IT INCREDIBLE. I thought it was justing going to be a silly teens at the beach story, but it was so fucking complex and the LORE is incredible. I really just spent the whole thing wishing it was an actual full RPG. So much stuff is locked behind pay mechanism and it's way too expensive... but honestly it was worth it. I'm going to play the two sequels and then I might have to cut myself off. If there's others that good this is going to become a problem for me. |

Gonna gush about The Arcana a bit now since I think there was an update to it that lets you earn coins easier. So far been playing it without paying anything and other than not being able to redo chapters until you beat a story line I don't have a ton of complaints for it.
Two things I do like and have me intrigued is that one of the characters loves you from the start. Wether or not he acts on that I believe is solely up to the story line (like he's taking a 'shoulder to lean on' role with a route I'm taking that's not him).
I also like the detail of two of the characters had been in a relationship with one another in the past but it seems to have ended poorly. They used the phrase "First we were friends then something more then something else entirely".
Both of the characters that were together were male and while I dont know 100% why they split up I strongly think it has to do with the self destructive behavior one has due to feeling like he needs to constantly punish himself for past wrong doings.
The story has me hooked and I can't wait to save up more coins to finish the route I'm on and then play the others.
I honestly highly recommend this game if you can be paitent enough to earn coins in game. The art is lovely and the story has a nice air of mystery.❤️
