Apparently there's going to be more Anthem stuff announced at Gamescon Ugh why. This doesn't bode well for them at this convention, especially after the recent news about Andromeda. Hopefully they get rotten fruit thrown at them...or copies of MEA. Just to remind them of their sins.  |

Such a bad move to do after already setting up more hate for themselves. Cuz first you had those that disliked Andromeda day one, now you have those that did like it and supported you, also hating you. They will really need to show some really good story content at least, if they want to reduce the default backslash. |

Im not really sure what to expect from Gamescom this year. I´ve already seen what I need to see of Farcry 5 & Wolfenstein to know I want them. Any more would spoil things.
Shadow of War has pissed me off with its stupid loot boxes so even though it looks good, it is now on the back burner and Ive no hope for Elex
More Greedfall would be good but I don't think Spiders is at Gamescom this year.Im vaguely interested in Anthem so more info on that will help me decide.
Everything else that might be there seems like sports junk.

And it's been years since I got into a shooter but I had so much fun with Doom last year & my preference has always been for 3rd person combat so I think I could really sink my teeth into a game like Anthem if the SP campaign is decent. I just hope the forum can forgive my transgression   |

Destiny 2 does have a lot of high action story on it from the beta, characters are not only on cutscene but actually ingame with you providing support and interacting. We will have to see if the rest of the game remains that way. |
