I'm eventually gonna build a monster gaming pc but that won't be for a few years. I was gonna get a xbone x because it will run games better than the ps4 pro but i need some kind of exclusives to justify it.

I feel like most exclusives are lack luster anyway. There are exceptions though of course, like I really like the Infamous games, and I hope we get more of them eventually. Kingdom hearts is amazing, but apparently the next one is coming to xbox as well...which is odd since the remastered versions of the old games only came to sony....odd choices.

Though you need a gaming pc or a sony/xbox for AAA games sadly. Oh well, having more then one gaming device is good anyway I guess.  |

Donkey Country Returns 2 was probably the best imo. Also Metroid Prime 4 is all I needed to see for me to get one haha. |

I almost got it for Mario Maker. I'm hoping it will come to switch soon or I guess Mario Maker 2. I have it on 3ds though, but not as good.

Lmao announcing Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition. I can't even  They really are making a mess of the Xbox One X launch. A name somehow stupider than the Xbox One, a powerful console with nothing to play on it and boring conferences about it. I've said this b4 but I've been waiting to give Microsoft money for an Xbox One or Xbox One X but so far there is no real reason to have both the PS4 Pro & Xbox One X. It makes me sad, cos I loved the 360 last gen and there was still a reason to have a PS3 as well. I feel like most exclusives are lack luster anyway. I think this was already said in the MEA discussion thread, but I think Anthem is going to have to rely on new players if it's going to be a success. Current Bioware customers are going to be a hard sell on this with all the controversy surrounding Anthem's development and the treatment of MEA. And some people don't play Bioware for MP anyway. So Anthem had better hope it attracts new fans. I'd be interested to see what the preorder numbers are like; my guess is they'll be low. Even players who haven't played Bioware games before but know about gaming might be leery of Bioware/EA's recent treatment of their customers. |
