I started akame ga kill once but I never stuck with it. My one friend loves it though!! My latest obsession is Elegant Yokai Apartment Life. I just love it!

I'm about 15 minutes in and I love it, I love the idea of it. I've needed a violent anime for a while and this one will do nicely. Well, it definitely is bloody and violent. |

Also Toriyama did the artwork for Chrono Trigger so I can never hate him. Even if he's homophobic and sexist? You can like the show and still not be ok with the creator as a person. I still like MEA for its good parts but i seriously hate some of the devs in particular...and basically the whole Montreal department. |

I never think of him as a person. He is almost an abstract in my mind because he created my childhood. That being said I'm of course not ok with his views but he isn't the same as say Bioware.

Started watching bits of Hunter x Hunter. Didn't have much interest in the show until they got to the Chimera Ant arc. Pretty fun show at that point. I greatly enjoy the crazy homicidal hunter Palm. |

So a remake of an older anime called legends of the galactic heroes started today. It is a pretty famous space opera apparently and my god it has gigantic space battles and I am very happy right now.
