From various threads I know there are quite a few Lost Girl fans on the forum and I know there are some people on a rewatch or a first time watch so I thought I´d start a discussion thread.  I know it´s over now but there are people still watching so keep big plot points in spoilers for those people. I don't want to wreck things for Lee  So Who are your favourite characters & ships? Do you have a favouirte storyline? A least favourite? Do hate that whole Rainer storyline with Bo going Dark Fae for a bit like me? cos it was terrible |

Im finishing up a rewatch of season 2 at the mo and I had some thoughts around it Im not convinced by how quickly Bo decided to follow Dyson´s plan to attack The Garuda. Nain Rouge appeared to her and warned her of the threat.
Dyson was clearly on an ego trip and everyone just went along with it. It seems like a convoluted way to give the team a loss, have someone die & have their only weapon against the Garuda limited to create tension for the last few episodes. I mean I get that Bo never really wanted to be a Champion and wanted to give it away, but she doesn't resist Dyson´s plan enough for me, it´s so clearly completely reckless.
I also think that if they wanted us to care more about Ciara dying then she should´ve been in season 2 more. She literally just showed up again to be killed because the others have plot armour, which is fine, but it´s not like we got to know her a whole lot.
Also anyone else feel like they didn't know what to do with Nadia, another character who was barely in it so there was no real emotion when she died.I felt more for Bo & Lauren then Nadia. |

I agree about Nadia, her purpose was to throw a spanner in the works between Lauren & Bo, just like Dyson's love thing (thought that was integrated into the story better.) My advice to first time Lost Girl watchers is not to get too one sided on the ships you like. Bo goes back and forth between people for all 5 seasons, Dyson and Lauren are her main lovers but there are a host of people like Ryan that are around for a few episodes or people who are in the show longer but they are only lovers for a few episodes. The only way to survive as a lost girl shipper is to just be happy when Bo is happy. with the exception of Rainer |

Is it strange that I find Vex really attractive? Nah, I don't think so. I can see why you would. I like Vex, he gets a really nice character arc and ends up a very sympathetic character. Now I know you like Vex I am bursting to talk about somthing that happens in season 5. Must not spoil this soon into the thread  |

Whooo!  As an aside during this rewatch I noticed how subtle Anna Silk's (Bo) acting can be. I love how when she walks into clubs or bars you can see how attracted to the people around her she is and then she kinda shakes that off and refocuses on what she is there to do. |

Dyson is handsome but like normal person handsome. That is what I like about the Lost Girl cast & the dialogue, even though they are mostly mythical creatures talking about magical crap, they all seem so normal, like you could meet them in real life and chill.
Anyone who is a Wynonna Earp fan, both Nicole Haught & Dolls make appearances in episodes of Lost Girl...well there actors do anyway.

So I finished season 4 tonight, and damn I wish I would have waited to see the season finale tomorrow night so I could get into season 5 right away. That finale left me heart broken! shit! fuck! pardon my language. I'm wrecked!

the season 4 finale might just be one of the saddest things I've ever seen. Since you are finished season 4, what did you think of Rainer? Also how cute are Kenzi & Hale as a couple? I love watching their friendship develop into a romantic relationship. Just finished season 2 and I'd forgotten how cool the finale was. |

Even if I'm totally disappointed with the last seasons, I love LG. As Buffy trash I truly felt the same spirit with the gang as I felt with the Scoobies, I love all the characters, I think I dont have favorites because I love them ALL!!! But Valkubus is my ship and Dyson to the gayz, you woman-lovin women dont deserve him! lol XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD   Seriously I would love a Dyson-like character in DA as boyfriend    Is it strange that I find Vex really attractive? I must say that I hated that brat a lot and his relationship with Vex was kinda forced, but I'm not denying how cute he is I wish they would have done the base of their relationship a season earlier though  he grew on me a little in the end, he definitely needed more character development, shame the series ended T_T Edit. Oh I forgot, I was very obsessed with Ciara, I loooooooooove her and I hate how little we know about her or fairies/scuffock fae |

The further this show goes along the more I feel like Lauren is going to turn out to be the final boss fight of the video game that is Lost Girl. She just is always up to something secretive and it makes my nose twitch. |
