Well!!! It's time to revisit my canon Shep with ultimate gay mod of Rondeeno! Yasss Kaidan I'm cuming edit. I think the mod prevent you from getting ninjamanced but just in case I'm posting this here for the future (I had to look for it in bsn x.x) I found this miniguide, I'm in my no-romance-til-ME3 playthrough and it works for now.

I completed Mass Effect 1. Kaidan's butt scene was worth all the grind...I mean really cool to see a male butt in such an early game.
sadly I was about 70K XP short of making it to level 60. So frustrating!
I am unsure if I'll start Mass Effect 2 right away or finish andromeda first. choices are hard.

I know how you feel! I want to romance Thane, but I know I'll miss out on content in 3. The struggle is real. I wish there was a m/m romance animation for Thane so i could do a thane mance run someday-but with that content and the citadel content both only there for female shepard-it's just not worth giving up mushy Kaidan content for.

Asari ruining Mass Effect for 4 games now.
Edit: Well, not ruining as much as making the games look horrifically sexist, immature, and so very uncomfortable to play during many moments of the games.

I rescued Liara and did some planet sidequests and I returned to the Citadel to get some sidequests after the first main quest. Progress TM. AAAAAAAAAAAND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I DID THE FIRST FLIRT WITH KAIDAN also I totally eliminated every possibility of getting ninjamanced by Ashley, also I kinda love it because you can call out her racism in the process lol ps. i hate the mako, i hate i h8888 i haaaaate it with a passion of five suns

Not technically today, but this week in general I'm trying to hop back into Andromeda. I never actually beat it, so I started over because I don't recall what the hell I was doing. I'll probably romance Jaal just because I still haven't got all his scenes, no idea who I'd go for on a second playthrough. (Leaning towards Vetra, I like her a lot more than PeeBee. Suvi is so loveable, but there's just such a lack of content for her route.) I know this game gets a lot of flak, some of it well deserved, too, and I do find some points of it dreadfully dull. Despite that, I actually don't mind the sometimes cringy writing, Life is Strange was a favorite of mine in spite of theirs as well, and the gameplay is usually pretty entertaining. So I do plan on beating it eventually. I still don't know the exact ending, so I'm avoiding spoilers. I'm in the same boat; I still haven't gotten past Kadara, and I reached that point almost two months ago. There are a lot of parts that I like or even genuinely love, but for every one of those there's another that's disappointing or that just gets on my nerves.
Does anybody know how long the Mass Effect 1 writers were working on that project? I remember reading that they were thinking about it as far back as KOTOR's development, but I'm not sure when actual writing and development started in earnest. Since apparently most of Andromeda was put together in less than two years, it's not surprising that the overall quality suffered, especially as far as the writing was concerned.

Finally sorted out why the s/s romance mod wasn't working in ME3 - at least with a new ME3 pt. I have the game installed to an external drive but the dlc file still had to be on my main drive. Copied things over and it worked! Hence, I got pretty much the only damn thing I care about! This is the thing that kind of kept me away from the MET for a while. Now that it's working my passion is reignited! [caption: "I just want to know if the person I followed to hell and back--the person that I loved--are you still in there...somewhere?"] [caption: "They didn't change me, Kaidan. Or how I feel about you. But words won't convince you, will they?"]

I've been doing a lot of "planet completing" this weekend, and I think I need a rest lol, I mean I think I checked it all and I have left to do Noveria and Feros, I dont remember if there are more planets after doing those main quests. Slowly getting rid of "collect this shit" missions I remember there is a high charm/renegade check in one of those quests but I dont remember which one hmm... Also I started Pinnacle Station missions for first time, I've always ignored them but since this is my definitive canon Shepard i thought why not? Well, I HATE THEM with passion, I hate this kind of minigames, and I can not win some of them lol I guess I need better gear? I dont want to change my N7 armour

me watching Sha'ira butt-walking scene asari why are you sex objects... seriously next ME better be dudebro free bullshit My reaction to that sidequest in a nutshell: On quite a few levels...
There's the obvious discomfort from Sha'ira's apparent disregard for personal space. The straight-male-gaziness of the camera work. The "That's it?" dialogue option prompting a sexual encounter with not a lot of warning. It's just an awkward sidequest all around.
Also, my most recent Shepard had the Colonist/Sole Survivor background, and her gift of words essentially amounts to "Wow, your past is so tragic, you're so strong for enduring," which IMO feels well-intentioned but also kinda patronizing. I'll grant them that it seems like a pretty consistent trait for Asari, though - I particularly remember several from ME3 who say similar things to Shepard regarding the human refugee situation after Earth was invaded. Y'know, I'm willing to have some faith. Not a lot, but some. At the very least I think the next Mass Effect (if there ever is another single-player Mass Effect) coming from Bioware's main studio will do a lot better than ME1 and almost certainly do better than MEA.

I made some progress in Mass Effect 2. I recruited Mordin and Grunt, I also did the normady crash site side quest. I probably won't post many updates since the game is mostly on rails (not a lot of big choices). Anyway, I will recruit Garrus and finally get to save David on PC after that. Overlord is my favorite dlc in mass effect 2-even though there's not much to it.

Does anybody know how long the Mass Effect 1 writers were working on that project? I'd bet you my entire marble collection that it wasn't very long. Andromeda is such a victim of being low on the priority list that it hurts.

Encountered TIM on Mars, fought Eva Core, watched Kaidan get hurt real bad, went to the Citadel, recruited Chakwas, stole some Reaper tech from Cerberus.

asari why are you sex objects... seriously next ME better be dudebro free bullshit Good luck with that. I don't have any numbers to back it up but I'd still guess that straight guys remain the target audience since the likely comprise the majority of players. And while we do have Sha'ira (who I refer to, in less kindly words, as a prostitute) and Miranda butts, we also get some Kaidan butt in ME3. Yeah, took until the end of the trilogy but it's there. I'm generally against the remaster idea but if it were to happen then mShenko needs to be an option. I'd also love to see the Save Kaidan and Ashley option that was never put into place. That one won't happen, though, because too much rewriting of ME2 and ME3 would be needed.

I finally completed the Mass Effect/Best of the Best challenge for ME3's multiplayer. The grind was real, but it feels good to get that off of my gaming bucket list. I still haven't unlocked the Harrier or the Lancer. I swear the game is taunting me at this point; the Lancer was easily one of my favorite weapons from the main game, and I bet that it'd be a beast on the Turian Ghost. Ah well, I guess the Mattock will continue to be my go-to assault rifle for the time being.
