I create this topic mostly to not spam in "What are you currently playing" topic because it's my very first pt of this title but since TLOU2 is coming up and Ellie is confirmed to be gay, I think it's a perfect oppoturnity for her (and her game  ) have her own topic on this forum. Some trailers and demo gameplay of TLOU2: And this sweet thing: So... I bought my very first Plastation console yesterday. It's a Slim 500GB only to play Playstation exclusives. What game did I pick up as the very first one? The Last of Us Remastered. Why? Because it was the very first title I was interested to play on this console years ago and I was waiting for more games to come out to buy and enjoy this system. I know it's years since the original premiere but I really don't mind waiting for it. The game is absolutely awesome. And quite difficult, but this is probably because I'm used to Xbox One gaming system and different buttons seems to be the biggest problems for me so far. I'm trying to play stealthy but I fail, of course I can take some of the enemies silently but some of them... nah. I really don't want to use too many shivs to kill the clickers so I try to headshot them and I fail here too, oops  I wonder if I'll ever get a solid knife. I think I didn't visit all the places... For example - I didn't go to the upper level of the building after picking Ellie up. I don't know if the stairs were blocked or maybe there was something to find and it's impossible for me to go back since savings in this game are pretty immediate and it's impossible to go back 5-10 minutes with re-loading which I actually find as a good thing! Not only won't I lose a lot of progress if something happens, it also means I can play the game a couple of times and picking up whatever I might've omitted before. I like Joel but I gotta say he's a bit too silent. The lone wolf I loved Tess and I love Ellie. Too bad Tess had to be killed. I mean, I knew this was gonna happen, I felt it, it's this kind of a game where the other adult companions die in 99% of cases, lol. But I really liked her so it still stings. And Ellie. Wow, this girl has a temper and swear like a sailor. I hope she'll loose Joel a bit  I might be late to any speculations about TLOU2 and I don't know the story of TLOU1 yet BUT there's something that caught my eye in E3 demo. Ellie is wearing Dina's bracelet. You know how it smells, right? But would they really spoil Dina's death? Especially like that? |

I could have sworn there was already a thread for this game, oh well.
As far as the bracelet goes its really anyone's guess at this point. I really can't say more about the first game without spoiling it but people have certain concerns about 2.

I haven't found a topic for it here in General Gaming or anywhere else so I made it myself. Hopefully I didn't miss the existing one somehow.
I was spoiled of what happens in the DLC and I'd find it weird to see it happening again. Darkness is great until there's too much of it. Ellie deserves happiness and love.

Hell, Ellie can breath in that fungus-y stuff. Call me crazy but whenever Ellie says Joel I hear Jaal  Game bugged on my in the scene with the fridge. Joel is hanging there and Ellie isn't doing anything to help him... edit: reloading helped. Ellie and Joel vs Billy =  |

Joel is hanging there and Ellie isn't doing anything to help him... edit: reloading helped. Ellie and Joel vs Billy = Making good progress, I would suggest using the bow as much as possible. I didn't use it anywhere near enough my first play through lol. |

It does better than a gun when it comes to clickers but it's so difficult to aim with it I gotta learn how to use it. My folks are in Pittsburgh, in a hotel That huge clicker was an ugly made and really hard cookie. I'm much better at stealth now. |

What difficulty are you on? Pittsburgh was probably my favorite area. You are in for a treat |

The scene with rats in that hotel was nuts! I knew something bad was coming up aaaand end up with a bunch of runners Just met Henry and Sam and I'm sure Ellie took that toy Henry told Sam to leave because it vanished from the floor It's sweet Joel remembers Ellie reading comics and he's collecting them for her, aww. |

Damn Henry, had to leave Joel and Ellie like that and come back after they almost died, meh. I feel this won't end up good for him and his brother. Karma will probably hit them hard. |

Well, in this case it literally bite him in his brother's leg. I hope I didn't miss anything in that location with a sniper. I was trying to reach him without fighting his men so there was no time to search all those houses too much. |

Aaaand I finished the game. DLC left. So Joel lied to her about Fireflies. I wonder if she'll figure it out because I'm pretty sure she believed him. I'm glad Joel saved her. There was never 100% chance of getting this cure out of her. Scientists never sawy anything like that, they had no idea what they were dealing with which mean she'd end up as an experiment. An unnecessary experiment. I don't believe that she's the only one tbh. There must be more immune people and there must be a different way to get the cure but I'm not sure if people even deserve this cure anymore. Humanity is... done. Only a few normal left. The majority is way too degenerated to be given another chance. I'll do the DLC and then I'll think if I'll start NG+ or Uncharted: Nathan Drake's Collection (bought it today ). I really enjoy playing on PS4 tbh. The system, menu etc may not be the easiest and most comfortable one but the ingame system (taking screenshots and vids, on/off subtitles with one button during the cutscenes) is something xbox should learn from them. The game runs smoothly, no problems at all, no frame drops in the unlock version. I just had 1 error and I don't know if it was because I got detected or not - possibly yes. There's one mission you should take sneaking, or at least I think it is because the moment I got caught I recieved an error and had to restart the game. Error didn't show up when I killed all the enemies silently. |

5 days isn't really too fast and I see I missed A LOT of stuff, lol. I've got only 1 trophy - for finishing the game. How did you like the entire winter part of the game? Taugh as hell but great as hell too. It was awesome to be able to play as Ellie at least for a little while. David was a sick sob, gotta say that and it was heavily hinted he was a pedo too. I'm so glad he wasn't allowed to do THAT to Ellie, poor kiddo has been through enough. And Joel, his heart had finally warmed up towards her, aww. Also, killing all those guys with this little knife and a rifle... She won over Lara Croft |
