the absolute worst feeling while playing dishonoured and going for a clean hands run is seeing the report at the end of the mission and realising that you apparently killed someone, somewhere. i could have sworn i hid all my bodies responsibly, and i definitely didn't fight anyone. i'm gonna have to redo the entire mission. T_T Dishonoured´s chaos system is one of the more annoying features of the original game. The gameplay conditions you to want to kill people because most of the best powers are lethal but the game then punishes you for having fun by giving you a terrible ending. Dishonoured 2 has much better play conditioning for non lethal runs.

Beat Telltale's Game of Thrones, it was alright...although House Forrester's new motto will probably end up being "Oops, all dead". Here are my choice stuff:

I really disliked Telltale's Game of Thrones series. It felt like none of the choices I made actually mattered- I went back and changed a bunch of things in some different play throughs and it never actually effected the end outcome at all, which is so much less than ideal for a story that's ostensibly around the choices you make.
The new season of the Walking Dead game suffers from the same problem- it really doesn't matter what option you choose, because nothing ends up changing all that much in the long run. They also made the baffling decision to make roughly half the game be in flashbacks, which is a really poor mechanic because you then KNOW for 100% certainty that the choices you're making don't have any lingering consequences since you've already played half the game in the present.
It sucks, because I used to really love Telltale, but their writing has gone downhill so drastically.

Aw, that sucks I mean, I only played the Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Borderlands, but those were awesome. But there is yet hope! (Dontnod...if they keep making games like LiS)

Ethan dies no matter what, whoever you don't pick as Sentinal will be a traitor even if you take their advice more often, Mira doesn't really accomplish anything, Elaena will always help out even if you don't secure a marriage, That one moptop guard will always attack the Honest-Liar Tuttle, Cotter always leaves with you and ends up dying, the Whitehills always attack Ironrath whether or not you do the ambush, the pit fighters join up even if you spare Bloodsong and unimpress them. I think Telltale has gotten too reliant on their formula for their games, especially since they pumped out alot after their success with The Walking Dead. Edit: I popped in Shadow of Mordor since they have their forge thing to carryover your Nemesis and Follower into Shadow of War so here are my Follower and Nemesis from my first save file: My Nemesis was a cook at first, but I used the Forge to pick out this guy (I picked him because he's one of the Orcs that doesn't speak, also his name).

I just finished Pillars Of Eternity. After over 100 hours spent playing the game, it makes me a bit sad to be leaving its world. It was a pretty satisfying experience. I enjoyed the companions and the story was interesting enough to keep me going. I'm starting Technomancer now. I like what I've seen of the combat system and the world seems very interesting so far. I am excited to see how this one unfolds.

Makes me think back to the days when Sawyer would post on the forums and be a shit stirrer like Gaider.

Sat down & finished Firewatch in one sitting. Really enjoyed it, very intriguing storyline & satisfying conclusion.

About who? spoilers meagan slash billie. i knew who she was from the first mention of dierdre, i love this bitter scarred lesbian. i also wanna write some emily/wyman. they seem so cute. i would have loved if they'd just come out and said that emily isn't straight (because she's definitely not), but i supposed fanboys would have raged lol. in any case, i'm revving to write wyman as nb.
