That's definitely one of the reasons I don't like the settlement thing-so many corpses and such you can't get rid of easily (or at all in some cases). It's a pain in the ass.

I didn't read everything said here, but you can get Danse's Perk and romance and still end with the Railroad, the thing is you have to not talk to Captain Kells after turning in the quest Blind Betrayal. Kells will order you to destroy the Railroad, and they instantly go hostile against you. So here's my comprehensive guide with Danse and endings:  1) If you want Danse's perk, you need to finish Blind Betrayal and then max his affinity. After that, the perk remains no matter which ending you choose.
2) Danse will turn hostile if you become hostile with the Brotherhood before finishing Blind Betrayal
3) If you want to romance Danse and want to bring him along after an ending, you cannot destroy the brotherhood. This means that you have to
a) side with the brotherhood and don't destroy the brotherhood (yes, you could side with them and destroy them afterward lol). This requires killing off the railroad.
b) side with the minuteman and don't destroy the brotherhood (i.e. don't do With Our Powers Combined quest)
Ending the game with the Railroad or the Institute require destruction of the brotherhood. If this happens, Danse will no longer follow you even if you already romance him.
4) If you want to side with the minutemen and want to spare the railroad, do not even talk to captain Kells after turning in Blind Betrayal. Doing so will immediately turn the railroad hostile. thank you both!  I'm still confused if you can save Danse and kill the BoS haha XD but! I'm on the fence of what to do with BoS, I have so many time ahead that it doesnt matter right now, but I met the people from Prydwen and there's some good people, and the thought of killing them makes me a sad potato. Maxson is very killable tho  I miss Nick and Piper, my bros. I think it's time to meet Deacon, bringing Danse to his lair doesnt make any sense isnt it?  I brought Curie, Strong and Hancock to the Prydwen because my balls are in charge lolol (headcanon that they are my comrades and they should trust them, so funny in that medical test if I've fucked a non-human, well ... My gholie boy is right there  kinda immersion breaking there's no comment about that tho... ) edit. loool seriously why there's no option to get rid of the corpses it irks me so much, there is a beheaded Minutewoman in my fucking castle xDDDDDDDD like the fuck Preston bury the poor woman lol You can use the console commands to remove them: - Click on a body/corpse, and type "disable". This will hide the corpse but it is still loaded in the cell. - If you want to forever remove it, use "markfordelete" and it will be removed. However, there can be some issues with this. Alternatively you can use mods, but settlement cleaning mods can have some nasty bugs associated with it like cell reset bug which messes with sprinting and so I don't recommend that. |

thank you both! dunno if I'm brave enough to test that tho, I think I should headcanon that my character sees dead people because radiation lol I met the Railroad yesterday, "Would you risk your life for your fellow man? Even if that man is a synth?" fucking yes, I'm the good guy, sarcastic as fuck with a big mouth sometimes, but a goodie. Everyone liked that, even Strong except Danse who hated that....  I just cant see how this character has KISA qualities, remembers me to DAO/DA2 Cullen and I hated Cullen by then (totally redeemed himself in DAI and evolved into a honorable KISA), BoS are just templars in power armors and I hate templars  he's a bigot, a very hot bigot tho XD But I want to save him because I know his a synth and that's too much delicious drama lol MacCready didnt like that too, but I think it's because he doesnt like selfless decisions and not for racist reasons. He's a pain in the ass to max out ...  edit. Gotta say that my opinion about Danse may change once I do his quest, will see and Deacon is awesome  |

I personally feel like Danse is a KISA and I absolutely love his romance. I think you just need to get to know him a bit and raise your affinity with him...then his KISA qualities will shine through.

I personally feel like Danse is a KISA and I absolutely love his romance. I think you just need to get to know him a bit and raise your affinity with him...then his KISA qualities will shine through. I'm sure my opinion about him is going to change because  xD but at the moment it pisses me off how speciest he is, which makes a lot of sense since you know SPOILERS and the future drama comes with it  (I think I have about 500 because I got his second talk) sadly companions in this game dont make a big evolution besides their talks when you have enough affinity. I mean, you have Cait who is evolving as person as it is showed in the last talk after cleaning her from drugs, but she's still as annoying whem I choose some selfless decisions (it's cool she doesnt like that I take drugs after that, but it's a bare minimum to not break the immersion), Bethesda is very lazy with the content of their companions. I hope it's improved in Fallout 5! Danse is totally hot, but I prefer Preston by both looks and personality if I gotta choose a human or human-like sadly he's way too tiresome with the settlements XDD |

Davrin's boobs I've been wanting to watch that movie again for so long now! MacCready is more my type if we're going by looks...I have a weakness for the blue-eyed blondes. It also helps that he has a very sweet romance. I'm always so conflicted about romancing MacCready or Danse...luckily the game allows multiple romances so I never have to choose! 
...Unfortunately I have no interest in Preston...I never even bothered with raising his affinity. I think he hated me by the end for siding with the Brotherhood. My brother did force me to flirt with Hancock once...it was awkward.

I see Danse as a KISA from the BoS point of view...but I'm totally biased because I sided with them and bought the game just for him.  I do love that there are five gay romance options though...and two of them were perfect for me. I'm really looking forward to trying out the Gage romance because I've only heard good things about him.  I'm dying to play these games again soon. |

I think if anyone is a kisa in Fallout 4 it's probably Preston, but god is he annoying unless you use the lesser minute men quest mod. I love that mod, it totally redeemed the character.  My thoughts exactly. I cant see Danse being a KISA because he's racist as fuck and the BoS are just a bunch of bigots to me, bullies with great resources. Preston on other hand likes and wants to help people regardless their race or situation, he only wants to clean the Commonwealth from scum, it doesnt matter if that scum is human, feral ghouls or supermutants, nobody can deny he's a morally good character. It's a matter of personal taste but I totally understand being under Danse's spell because conventionally he's the hottest character tho xD but it doesnt do it for me. Out of the five romances, Hancock and Preston are best of the bunch for those characters that I usually roleplay as canon or main characters (sarcastic goodies) I havent met Gage but he's a Raider so I think I know what I can expect from him. With my canon character being out the question, I would totally roleplay a thief for MacCready or a badassmuthafucka for Gage though. But I cant bring myself to roleplay a racist BoS member for Danse, I mean stealing or killing in videogames easy peasy for me but being racist requires a lot of gut on my part, if I play Danse romance it gotta be in a polyamorous playthrough, maybe with MacCready and Gage Nick's (mod) and Preston's romances deserve a monogamous playthrough, as well as Piper. so yeah, if I'm judging for what I usually like as whole: 1. Hancock, totally hot and interesting in a ghoul-monster way, his personality is very attractive to me, protect the innocent kill the guilty, our minds swings in the same direction  2. Preston, he's the KISA of the game, he has a kind soul and wants to help people, and he's a cutie. and that's it. If I'm judging only by conventional boring hooman appearances 1. Danse, he is the bara of the game and I like tol men 2. Preston, his face expression is very sweet and kind to me and he has the nicest suit. 3. Gage, he's very hot in a dirty and villain kinda way  Personally I dont like MacCready at all, he has a weird face shape and those teeth lmao  |

Hancock is an awesome guy. I wish he didn't hate the institute quite so much, but oh well-no one is perfect, and he has good reason to hate them. I just prefer that faction cause I love Shawn and clean beds.

Ooooooh now I understand the soft spot that MacCready has for kids, poor guy  I'm doing his quest now, well the last part of his quest I assume? I have about 750 points of his affinity, I have stolen from those bad guys warehouses of Goodneighbor but not that much, 3 or 4 times I think, so it's not that hard to max this guy as good guy after all, being sarcastic help a lot too. I left Danse with the BoS, because I can not get points anymore, I assume I have to do his famous personal quest but I gotta do more BoS missions and I dont wanna do that right now. Maxing Deacon out at the same time I'm maxing MacCready now! I left Curie in the Vault 81, I think it's the best place for her and Strong in Sanctuary Hills, he's gonna be Sturges buddy as I said lol. I have maxed out all the companions with 1100 points, except Danse, Deacon and MacCready. Of course I havent met X 6-88 and Porter Gage, but they are evil so it doesn't make sense for my character at all. I can't wait to meet the old man of Far Harbor though. |
