Another thing I want in TES6: an ancient vampire wife. Or at least a cannibal wife.

Hrm. When it comes to Skyrim I usually go with Ghorbash: Just a *bit* brutish I really hope the next game takes place in Black Marsh though, cause I love Argonians... And if they include the Naga type Argonians the sex mods are gonna be glorious.

If they include any of these as possible wives for a female PC : - Hot butch KISA
- Morally ambiguous or evil mage/vampire
- Narcissistic ladykiller
- Defrosting ice queen archetype
- Ruthless cannibal
...and give them FO4 style romance and personal stories, then I will be happy and content. Especially if they are Argonian, Khajiit, or Orsimer.

Know what would be a true blessing? A way to distinguish save files for each character, so I don't accidentally save over another character's file.
Every time I decide to switch to another character I have to save the game in some obscure location (an inn, cave, etc.) so I'll know not to save over it.

That's one thing I love about using Mod Organizer as my mod manager: you can make multiple separate profiles for different characters with local save files and different sets of mods activated, and then switch between them.

I always go for Moth...mm.. As for the save file thing, Fallout 4 had separate profiles for each new character. I'm assuming that the same will happen with the next TES Game. But Bethesda did mention that they have two projects before the next TES!

Gimme Valenwood, Elsweyr and Black Marsh as the map for ES6, 'Southern Tamriel'. Valenwood and Elsweyr put together is roughly as big as Cyrodiil, and Black Marsh seems to be the same size as Skyrim. The map would just be the size of the ES4 and ES5 maps combined. That's not impossible at all.

I played Skyrim, on and off, for about four years. What I like about it is the freedom to roleplay the way you want. You don't even really have to do any quests, if you don't want to. You can just run around, killing Thalmor, exploring caves and ruins and tombs. I also like that there is so much stuff to collect! All my Skyrim toons are hoarders... I even have mods that add more stuff to collect, like dolls and seeshells. Jaxons Positioner is a must have mod I don't think I ever did all the quests and I'm pretty sure I never played the civil war questline. I never really cared much about the story, tbh... But my favorite questline is the one involving the Dark Brotherhood. I also didn't care much about the romances in Skyrim, because imo there are no real romances. Sure, you can marry NPCs - by putting on a necklace 🙄 - but those have very little to say and are not fleshed out. I don't even remember most of the NPCs... That's why I never play a game without Inigo, he's the best, I love him! I usually like mods that add armor/weapons/clothing/whatever to the game, because I like collecting them. I also like simple need mods like iNeed, that simulate hunger/thirst/exhaustion. I like Campfire, it allows you to set up a camp for the night and relax with your followers til the next day - I don't use the fast travel system, so I spend pretty much time in the wilds xD That's why I also use Convenient Horses, mounts are not much use without it - and your followers get a horse too! I love Elianora's house mods, although the only house mod I use is Elysium Estate. I don't know what to expect of the next Elder Scrolls, because I've only played Skyrim, but I do hope the next game will be just as open world - and customizable.

carcer Thanks for the mention of Campfire; hadn't heard of that one! I'm going to check it out. I also don't fast travel and prefer to ride around "in real time" And you're right about romances; that's why I'm drawn to the ones who aren't romances but have really great stories already built up around them (like Ulfric or Brynjolf). Even though things die down once you marry them, they give me ideas for headcanons and fics. I'm also going to see about adding my favorite Thieves guild members to my household since I married Brynjolf Should be doable via console command but we'll see...

Yeah fast travel is just so unimmersive xD If you like Campfire you should also check out Tentapalooza. It's made for Campfire and adds a variety of craftable items for it to the game: tents in all sizes for you and your followers, sleeping bags, chests, decorations I think Relationship Dialogue Overhaul allows you to make pretty much anyone your follower. And with My home is your home you can assign them to live in your house. It should work better than console commands. Brynjolf I remember xD Also Cicero. And Astrid, because she betrayed me... The only thing I know about Ulfric is that he was a Thalmor spy at some point xD

What are you guys' fave Combat-related mods? The only combat related mod I use is Archery Gameplay Overhaul, because I like combat with a bow and playing archers in general and the vanilla system sucks... I use Real Bows with it. Oh and I guess Forgotten Magic Redone also counts as a combat mod. It adds 39 spells to the game that level up every time you use them and when the spell reaches 100% you get a point you can invest in an improvement for the spell.

I've finished (and loved) Skyrim, and Morrowind is the first video game I ever played. I still think it has the best story and I love the weird, slightly alien environment. Still a favorite I enjoy returning to, despite the dated gameplay, graphics, and text-based dialogue. I've put more hours into Skyrim though.
I tend to play bretons and bosmers, always female, in Skyrim. And while I've tried different character builds the ones I actually stick with tend to be the mage/thief hybrids. Sneaking, archery, poisons, and some destruction and healing magic added for fun. Favorite romance is Vilkas. Actually my only vanilla romance. Love that grumpy werewolf bastard. Modded romance would be Rumarin from the Interesting NPCs mod. An irreverent Altmer who can't do magic with dubious morals. Yes, please! Also he's hilarious.
I hope going forward the Elder Scrolls takes a page out of Fallout 4's book and gives us more fleshed out companions with personal missions and such. The romances were nice too. Not a lot of content, and I didn't like that they were charisma-based. But they were still a cool addition, and better than Skyrim's weird marriage system. Though I'm still bitter Deacon wasn't a romance option.
I would love to go to Valenwood for the next game. I love the bosmer with their weird religion and cannibalism and they have cities built into treetops. Elsweyr would be neat too. Though after MEA I'm kinda overdosed on desert environments!
Favorite mod would be the afore-mentioned Interesting NPCs. The quality of the writing and voice acting's a bit hit or miss, but it does give you some neat companions, romances, and side quests. Bonus is it's all lore friendly!

I'm not sure i ever used a combat mod. My playstyle tends to be a bit more stealthy/avoid combat when possible. I tend to use poisoned arrows to kill things from far away. I love focusing on Alchemy in elder scrolls games. Screw saving Tamriel, i need to catch more freakin blue butterflies! Imps Stool + Mora Topinella + Canis Root = Enemy is paralyzed while they die of lingering poison damage.

Bonus is it's all lore friendly! Would it be possible to get a step-by-step guide on how to install this manually? I tried to install it myself and it just isn't working. I usually use NMM so I have no idea how to install things differently. I tried to find some guides online but evidently I still screwed up. I really want to meet these NPCs!! Same with the Campfire mod someone mentioned earlier; NMM won't download it because it's too big I guess. But I'd still love to try it!

I think I married some random guy who's name I don't remember just so I could adopt a child that I also don't remember for the actual goal of building a home for Meeko the dog.
The guys in Skyrim don't have any real content and I don't remember seeing any that I thought were attractive, so I don't care much about the marriage feature. lol
