Just read that thread, and its in beta, the game is set to release probably in August. I linked my kickstarter pledge to their portal and Im not able to get a steam key yet zzzzz.
Seeing as how I dont mind playing characters that arent like a paragon/never do wrong types, Im ok with Regongar being that way, but I can see where you're comin from. And from what riesenne describes, it looks like his backstory plays into the way he is. I like her clarifications that he isnt just a "do evil to cause harm" and that he apparently gets taken aback if you talk to him about being cruel. That makes it seem like hes not there to provide the MAUAAAH Im evil and were gonna be evil all the time!!! type.

Well I should go back to POE  edit. Also I'm trying to find gameplays with Regongar and nobody has him in the party!!!  |

And now I'm annoyed because I like Kingmaker for tabletop, was tentatively looking forward in this game, but the way they're handling sexualities is starting to make me lose interest. It's like the universe decided I was too optimistic after Assassin's Creed and Cyberpunk were announced and tried to redress the balance. |

It sucks a bit that one of our options is in a relationship on Assassin's Creed but we have more than one option there. So it's a lot easier to forgive. When it's your only option-it feels really unpleasant. |

It's too soon to say I guess but it would suck getting only one bi option + extra straight, I really really hate this formula, but at least the bisexual ones seem to be more important than the straight ones. |

saw this in the official forum about Regongar I really really hate when people use playersexual to describe characters that can be romanced by both genders, it doesn't matter how straight they look, they are still bisexual... I discussed this several times on gaymer reddit and there're a lot of us on this way of thinking, it pisses me off... but I'm glad it seems Regongar is gonna show attraction to guys as well. In the same thread, it seems the full list is what we knew already Octavia and Regongar bi, Valerie and Tristian straight I really really hope Octavia and Regongar are more plot-relevant and have more content than the other two. edit. still cant post in the forum because I'm still banned lmao how that forum works |

Also good info on Regongar! I really hate it when bisexual characters get reduced to simply "playersexual" by fans. And ya exactly, if a bisexual person happens to be with someone of the opposite sex at some point in time, it doesnt mean they're straight. Ugh. Still kinda disappointed with how there's going to be so many companions in this game (over 10 I believe) and only 4 are romanceable. Wasted opportunity. I mean even the lacking-content characters from Skyrim are bisexual, I'm very sure if they would have the same content and being only romance by the opposite gender people would say they are straight and not playersexual. Still bisexuality gets a lot of erasure and that makes me so mad. The content can be handled good (example: POE2) or bad (example: FO4, Bioware bi men) but they are still bi no matter what. I got this comment from a gay guy on reddit but what about headcanon of people wants to think X character is gay? are you erasing their experience? kinda comment I dont remember it was something like that... dude if that character can be romanced by both gender is bisexual, plain and simple, you can headcanon whatever you want. And I find very ew wanting to romance exclusively gay characters. I mean this happens within the community and it's disgusting... I dont know who that character is, I need to look the full list! Jubilost is very hot and height difference is very dear to me  |
