"Limited customization" huh...so, CC even more restrictive than MEA? For some reason, it lacks the same kind of pull Mass Effect, WoW or Life is Strange had on me when I've first seen/played them. Though most games lack that. Might give it a shot, or I might not /shrug. Maybe it lacks a distinct style? I started Mass Effect with 2, and you know how striking beginning of that is. WoW has the distinct art style that is very much unique to Blizzard. And LiS has this fascinating mix of drawn/real looking that drew me in. This looks very "been there, done that" until the odd tree elemental thing shows up and even that looks kind of familiar for some reason. Sorry to be a downer  |

Well in our world there're no tree monsters or native american magic as far I know  it's the fact the game is based on 17th century that I'm worried about, like I said earlier I hope they didnt include historical homophobia in the game. Hoping for the best!!! styled isn't based (unless "design is based on" used, then it's equal) when people talk about game design/setting choices. if game is based on something, then yeah, they will include real life situations for it to be believable in their standing that the game is based on something, even if it's a fantasy - just to stay loyal to the theme. if game is styled after something, they will grab same design choices. same fashion, same architecture, but they are in no way obliged to include real-life situation - they get design ideas from some century/timeline, not mindset. I know that my Engrish is terribad, but so far this terminology was correct.  |

Been following this game like crazy for awhile ever since I heard of it. Cool to see they confirmed s/s romance.  I accidentally waded into a cesspool yt comment section for the trailer and saw "Lol wannabe witcher 3" LIKE LOL PLS GTFO THIS IS MILES BETTER ALREADY.  |

I'm super easy to be honest, I can play shit as long as I can be gay and I'm not gonna complain so to speak XDDD I just hope this game is free of pre-release angst unlike MEA that was awful  the basic CC it has to do with Spiders being a small company, Technomancer had 7 companions and no female protagonist which was a pity, now we have five companions instead and female PC! the CC from Technomancer is super limited, so I expect something like that for this game. edit. also guise I would like to know what kind of bae do you want for this game, I know that phantomrachie wants a warrior woman, Andrew Mancer his noble blonde man and Ash his nerdy scientist and I'm sure you all are tired of me saying that I want a native american lol I WANT TO HEAR YOUR DESIRES!!!! edit2. Maybe not puriant but you know believing in a higher power or God. I'm literally projecting here so. (I just feel so ugh everytime people pull the religion + homophobia/straight crap) can't people be Christian and gay/bi? Or like any other religion as well??? I am living proof that you can be. I just don't talk about my religion much. Though I am not ashamed of it by any means. I just feel like it's more of a personal thing, and only talk about it if it's relevant or someone asks. well it's the first rpg with an inspired 17th century setting where I will be able to be gay so the game has all my attention ![:hue:]() I'm excited about it, but I'm waiting for more details before I commit to it fully. though to be fair given it's one of the few games where we get to be gay, and it's not even a heartless triple A company-I will probably buy it. Edit: Also failed to mention I'm super excited that there's going to be a narrative type mode this time around. Technomancer is too fucking hard at times. |
