Pretty excited for this as I loved Technomancer so much. I'm looking forward to finding out about the companions though I'm mostly interested in the Native/Mercenary for both romance/faction choice. I suppose the opinion might change when we find out more about both though.

Considering the Priest is wearing jeans (yes I did manage to look at something other than his chest after a while), I'm assuming it's a model advertising a "sexy priest" Halloween costume.

Maybe not puriant but you know believing in a higher power or God. I'm literally projecting here so. (I just feel so ugh everytime people pull the religion + homophobia/straight crap) can't people be Christian and gay/bi? Or like any other religion as well??? I am living proof that you can be. I just don't talk about my religion much. Though I am not ashamed of it by any means. I just feel like it's more of a personal thing, and only talk about it if it's relevant or someone asks. well it's the first rpg with an inspired 17th century setting where I will be able to be gay so the game has all my attention ![:hue:]() I'm excited about it, but I'm waiting for more details before I commit to it fully. though to be fair given it's one of the few games where we get to be gay, and it's not even a heartless triple A company-I will probably buy it. Edit: Also failed to mention I'm super excited that there's going to be a narrative type mode this time around. Technomancer is too fucking hard at times. No yea I mean, like me too, that's why I say I'm projecting. That sentence/statement was more like directed at 'people' that seem to think the two are mutually exclusive. |

The rest are neutral. I mean... it would be nice to not alienate potential LIs with my decisions in Greedfall, but if i have to choose between romance or driving out the colonists siding with the natives, I'll be choosing the natives. I'm reading a spanish article about the game and it says that the religious faction is composed by mages that think the disease the people are running from is a manifestation of their God's wrath. There are ton of texts that I'm not willing to traslate now lol here it is
edit. - Scientists want to cure the disease with medicine (duh xd) through resources they find in the island. - Neutral factions: Sailors and mercenaries - Natives have special magic related to nature - Every companion have different abilities - Two companions at the same time like Technomancer or ME - Companions can get mad at you and even betray you - Your character can choose abilities in the skill tree from the other factions, except natives (you are a colonist so it makes sense) also this In Greedfall the protagonist comes from a continent devastated by the wars and by a disease that is decimating to the population. He/She is the niece/nephew of a prince who rules in a merchant city and send him to an island almost unknown and isolated from the rest of the world since it is rumored that there may be the cure for the disease. |
