What did you do today in Mass Effect?

LOL. Not really better endings, but kind of amusing.

I installed EGM because you can use old squadmates and invite your lover to your cabin, I didnt install this for more fetch quests I think I'm going to ignore them all along, they are not official anyway but it bugs me out seeing them in the journal 

Still a long way until Kaidan joins the Normandy... sigh 

Ugh it's annoying how Aethyta and the game and THIS HORRIBLE TEAM assume you are Liara's boyfriend, I remember I avoided this in my second playthrough somehow but I dont remember how, I tried looking for the receipt in bsn but no luck. I guess I'm not bringing together Liara and Aethyta, fuck it.

edit. Ok just for future playthroughs if you guys wanna avoid this, you have to avoid Liara in the Normandy until you talk with Aethyta (I read you can pick all the renegade options but that's out of character for my... well character lol), then speak with Liara in the presidium, choose the "Good idea" instead of "take a break" option, you should get the friend option instead of the romance option with Aethyta, I guess I'm gonna reload   oh well I didnt like to have those annoying EGM quests in my journal anyway... I dont remember more annoying stuff like this in ME3.

edit2. I think I switched the EGM mod's assignments off in the settings, I hope I didnt screw anything lol I'll replay what I did today, I hope those annoying fetch quests are gone for good, I have enough with the vanilla ones. This mod is very cool though.

I did complete the game tonight, I also started the Shadow Broker dlc. I made it to the ship so I think I'm about halfway done. anywho...it's running pretty good, but when I got the first cut scene in Liara's apartment the game crashed, and when I got to the hotel the first wave of enemies never loaded up so I had to reload since then it's gone smoothly. we'll see how the second half goes soon. But I might put this on hold again since I'm still jonesing for more Kingdom Hearts, and this dlc doesn't interest me overmuch.

I needed to restart ME3 to switch EGM mod's assignments off correctly and now I can confirm that you dont even need to ignore Liara in the Normandy, after Palaven go talk to Liara, choose the option I mentioned and there will not be that stupid-down-your-throat bug

Also I dont find the dog-bot and I bought the dlc bundle I even have the casual dlc outfit that comes with N7 Collector's Edition Pack (I had to update origin for that to work) I hope I can receive the email soon >_<

The EGM mod let you to delay dlc missions which it's very cool! I have put Javik's dlc after the coup, Leviathan after Rannoch and Citadel after Horizon, I wish there was something like this for Arrival.

I need to "save editor" Kelly in ME3, I tried to do it with the official way but the first line is just too flirty I cant do it. She should appear in ME3 if she survived, it's just nut you have to pass through all that shit for her to appear lol noooop

I just found out the mystery about KEI-9, the mod changes the way you get the dog WHYYYYYY that was a tribute to K9 from Doctor Who!



At least the dog still has KEI-9 as name and they didn't change it, but it bugs me a little.

just make sure to switch off the stupid added fetch quests in EGM_Settings file from Mass Effect 3\Binaries folder before you start a new game if you dont want them, dont make my mistake y.y

I tested the invite your lover thing with one of my second? playthrough saves and it was lovely 

edit also I love how you can use squadmates as long as it makes sense in the story, for example Jack after Grissom academy, they are even in the ship! there are a lot of things about the mod but these two features are the only ones I'm interested in.

I finished the lair of the Shadow Broker tonight. Next time I get the urge to play I'll decide if I want to do Arrival or skip on to ME3.

I completed every sidequest you can before Citadel II, next stop is Tuchanka, seriously I hope I dont cry again.
