Nice to see so many poppin up again! Its been 10 years since DAI and 7 years since we all united during mass effect andromeda dramas, and now here we are for another bioware chaotic adventure that await us! May you all have a good time, but also excited for everyone’s thoughts!

Same tbh, I haven't kept up with much info. I know about the romances, the factions you can choose, but... not much else. It still doesn't feel real lmao, I had given up on this game happening and then it suddenly had a release date Also I am alive hello!!!! Glad to see you around my friend! You have been missed. I purchased the game on Steam. I have to wait until I am off work to download and install it. I don't know how long it's going to take since it's such a large file. Hopefully I'll be able to play a bit tonight and take the weekend off to play...if my PC does end up being able to run it!
I hope everyone that already has the game is enjoying it! The wait is finally over...still hard to believe I was a teenager when I first played Dragon Age and those days feel like so long ago now.

I've been spoiled to hell and back but I've still got three hours to download the game. Because ya know, no preload because they were so scared of pc players posting spoilers.  But it'll be another couple hours after that until I can play so maybe I will have chance to make my Inquisitor, and Rook before it's bed time because yay a 4pm release with no preload, my time. *Totally not salty.* To those of you who have it, have fun, and show me your Rooks, and your Inquisitor glow ups (or fuck ups depending on how badly the CC fucks your ability to remake them.) |

Glad you are here and hope you are doing okay as well! And thank you on the profile, I definitely recommend picking up BG3. I was stubborn to get it but finally caved this year and 120+ hours later still playing alternate choices after finishing the game, is a lot of fun once you really get into it. disgustednoise He looks handsome! Would romance!  But yes I am struggling with my inquisitor and is the reason I have yet to play yet LOL. They really should have put some preset look alikes from inquisition presets to make it easier. Lee Lee Thorne has a ring to it hahaa! Long live the sexy gingers! |

Finally out of character creation, so sharing my rook and inquisitor! Has you can see I did stay pretty similar to that release trailer Rook hahaha but took some liberties. Did I pick my faction cuz it looked sexy the casual outfit, noooo why would I do that. Has for my inquisitor I tried my hardest but since they didn't bring his exact haircut nor anything close to his eyes it was a pain in the ass but I don't hate it I guess. It doesn't help that they don't let us test lightings for the inquisitor like rook so nailing the skin color was near impossible. It felt nice picking my romance though and I'm pretty excited with Rook so I can ignore the inquisitor stress for now. |

I'm going to be out of the country for almost a month starting on Sunday, so I'm trying to max my playtime before I leave. I even left work early to get home but it took me almost 90 minutes because of traffic. It was excrutiating. But I'm home now and, almost 2 hours later, I'm finally out of the character creator! I managed to completely miss the option where it says to customize your Inquisitor so I will be restarting the game in the morning considering it's almost midnight here. Luckily I didn't get anywhere and you can import your appearance data because I would have cried if I'd had to remake my Rook after spending over an hour on him. I am a dumbass. But here's my Rook. I will update tomorrow with my Inquisitor.  I wanted to give him white hair and gold eyes and I had such issues trying to do that in the character creator. His hair is white in some lights, but his eyes I couldn't manage to get quite gold enough no matter how much I tweaked. But I like him anyway. He's the shortest height for a Qunari but still towers over everyone but hey, I'll take being able to make a Qunari who is no longer a dorito. Senoren de Riva   |

I am about 6 hours into the game. I have recruited 4 companions so far. Lucanis being the only male companion I've met so far. I peeked ahead a bit with the use of the interwebs and apparently I need to finish one more quest before I unlock the quest tied to my husband. That being said I haven't really slept in a long time (minus a very poor 3 hours this morning)-so I need to at least try to take a nap or something.  |

Scottphoto your rook looks almost exactly like my youngest cousin. Even a similar haircut since he just got married and cut it shorter than normal. Wild. I am unsure if it’s just cause I don’t wanna download it with my awful internet or cause I am like… in denial it’s real, but I haven’t attempted yet and not sure I will until my schedule clears. But might change my mind this weekend.

I tried so hard with my Inquisitor but the options in the CC just weren't there. I never realized tweaking the position of his nostrils were so important and I am pissy that they gave us such bad scars. I just could not get him accurate no matter how hard I tried though I was able to get close to the weird eye colour I gave him in Inquisition.  His scar which was a pretty important thing as part of his backstory.  I tried. :/ No ponytail (or any hair really with bangs or close to what he had.) It was either cut his hair off or let him have it long and loose so I went the latter.  His eyes were close though I couldn't get a proper red and the middle was too dark no matter how much I tweaked. Why is the CC for the Inquisitor so much worse. :/ I tried. |
