Like, yeah, I am a male player who like male PCs, especially when a game allows me to play said character as a gay man. But in each of the last three games prior to this one, they’ve had at least an option of a female character, a female character who is playable, and they’ve consistently been praised as part of the better parts of the game. That puts the lie to that bullshit.
Yeah, I’ll take and celebrate gay male PCs in video games, but since it’s already blatant that the games get designed and catered to the heterosexual male perspective, I know that I’m still not the target of this decision. So just... DO the solo female PC already. You’re already printing money in this franchise as is!

How shit but not surprising considering their 'women are had to animate' when it came to a female protagonist option of past games.
Now I'm just waiting for the incoming 'was only supposed to be a female protagonist so the male sucks and anyone who plays the male sucks' because you know it's gonna happen.
Definitely going to wait until this thing is like 60% off on a Steam sale.

Let's celebrate that a queer woman and a queer man are going to be the protagonists in this game and what the future will bring is too soon to know, I think that the healthiest thing to do. A queer man set protagonist in an AAA game is still a very intangible dream so I hope my fellows mlm are not hopeful for that  I wish I wouldnt be so stubborn about my political stances about videogames, still waiting for Greedfall or Pathfinder Kingmaker to go under 10€ to buy lol I really like that sexy half orc ok  |
