Hey guys! Resident Evil Revelations and Revelations 2 will be ported to the Switch!!!  Gotta admit that it makes me hopeful about getting other RE games on this platform and it'll be awesome to play REmaster on the go. What do you think? Ashii6 : Glad you liked it. So...I've never actually played the Revelations games...I know, I'm a terrible fan right?  I think I want to change that sometime soon! Revelations definitely caught my interest years ago before it was ported to other consoles. I looked up a few gameplay videos and even tried the demo on PS3. It looked decent. A while back they even offered Revelations 2's first episode for free. My PS3 refused to get the game working though, so I never got a chance to try it out. I've been in a Resident Evil mood recently, so I'd love to play finally play them...maybe later this year when I can go through every game in the series again? I've also been in the mood to play through RE5 and RE6 again. Haven't played RE6 since its release nearly five years ago and I haven't played RE5 in five years as well. I have so many fond memories of playing RE5 since its release nearly a decade ago. I think I even want to play Operation Raccoon City as well just so I can play as the series' only canon (yet not canon) gay character! He is gorgeous, after all!  |

Bara Chris is pretty much the only thing redeemable from RE5 (havent played RE6 yet and have little interest, even less for Outlast copy/paste  ) it seems I'm going to remain living in the past with my ultimate fav games (TR and RE)... Crapcom  if they make gay Chris canon... maybe I would be a fan again  |

It's the closest we've had to classic Resident Evil in a long time! I've played through the game twice, and I was genuinely terrified both times. Getting to a save room and hearing the music actually felt like a relief again. It has a lot of the good stuff from the classics with some more modern twists, but it does a good job at creating a modern "classic" Resident Evil game. It's probably the best we're going to get...unless the Resident Evil 2 Remake is as good as the original and done in the classic style. RE4 is awful, but I love Ashley.
