Edit for update: I got the first talk with Kaidan (at the Hospital). Everything's still smooth. I'm still sad that there is so much lovely content that can't be experienced on ps3, but I'm so thrilled that I can experience it on pc now.  Interesting to note. I wondered how much other modders would know about Same Sex Romance. The creator of Backoff said that coming into ME3 with a prior same sex romance would cause bugs with his mod. Obviously he doesn't know about ME3 mod in the works but he is aware of the ME1 version. Nice to know other modders are aware of this one. |

Well, So far so good. The mod seems to have installed without a hitch. The non-audio supported lines from the start of the game were gone as expected, and the voiced lines I expected where there. Works quite seamlessly. I haven't gotten to the first talk in the hospital yet, but that will happen soon! I'll keep making updates especially if I notice anything strange. You do amazing work Rondeeno and I am as always impressed by your work. Thanks again for letting me preview the Kaidan portion of your mod. Hmmm, that is strange I assume that doesn't include Liara surely? cause her romance is like so ingrained into the game that it probably auto morphs any mod to support it.  |

Good news: the ME3 mod is going to be released very soon! I'll hopefully be able to get it out tomorrow, but if not, it'll be released sometime within the next few days.  |

Well, no, because Liara was an ingrained potential romance that is accounted for in ME2 and ME3. Male Shep with Kaidan or FemShep with Ash wouldn't be in the original ME3 files. Kaidan told Shepard he loves him during the date on the Citadel. Okay now I get why this mod is a must-have! Wow! that scene is only slightly different, but the difference is so impactful! Why in god's green earth was it nerfed so heavily in the vanilla version for male shepard?  BioWare really needs to stop removing romantic content from the m/m version of scenes. |

Kaidan told Shepard he loves him during the date on the Citadel. Okay now I get why this mod is a must-have! Wow! that scene is only slightly different, but the difference is so impactful! Why in god's green earth was it nerfed so heavily in the vanilla version for male shepard? BioWare really needs to stop removing romantic content from the m/m version of scenes. I'm sure the excuse they'd give is that it's only for continuing romances, and male Shepard can't romance Kaidan before ME3, so... Seriously. In theory, I respect the fact that Kaidan's new romance with female Shepard and male Shepard are the same, because he's bisexual, there's no reason that there should be any particular difference in how he is interacting with them. In practice, there NEEDED to be differences here, because Kaidan wasn't an option for male Shepards in ME1, and it wasn't by our choice. There absolutely should have been small dialogue differences, male Shepard being able to say he was attracted to Kaidan back in ME1 but didn't take that step, a bunch of little things. But, y'know, that requires both extra work and respect to the gay fans by apologizing for ignoring them for the previous two games, neither of which BioWare seems inclined to do. It just shows so bad with Male Shepard/Kaidan. Like... Remember how it wasn't until the Extended Cut came along and we got the evac scene that male Shepard and Kaidan actually got to say 'I love you' to one another, since they cut that part from the romance scene? |

I am playing the citadel dlc now, and I completed the casino mission. The arm in arm animation triggered, and it was nice.  I really wish we had more intimate hand/arm holding type moments in games. |

First time I've played ME1 in a while with the most current Same-Sex Romance mod installed. Previously, the post-sex scene cut out before "morning". This time, Shepard was there staring at Kaidan as he woke up. It's such a little thing but also HUGE. Made my night.
