I wanna keep an eye out towards Pillars of Eternity 2 since it's adding romances. In the first one, one of the first dialogue options - in response to a character asking why you're in the area - you can say something about finding a man or woman to settle down with, regardless of your gender. And two of your companions - a paladin bird woman and a big buff monk lady - flirt with each other, so I'm cautiously optimistic about it Uuuh, I feel like I had more suggestions, but now I can't remember

It's not a very serious thing but you can be Gay in Saints Row 4 . With Johnny Gay, Pierce, and Matt Miller.
Not sure if CID , Ben King, and Keith David count.
For lesbian there's Shaundi, Asha, and Kenzi. Like I said, it's not really SERIOUS though and joking, but they're cute/funny one scenes.

Sometimes my characters like casual sex with their buddies. A lot. >__>

I love the Saints Row Series though and I do recognize people may not consider the one scenes romances or worth it haha.

you can also be gay in: Super Health Club (dating sim, explicit) Meat log mountain (explicit dating sim- has orcs and demons, might be of interest, Beefy Titans ? see also "see no evil") Solstice (visual novel, no explicit sex) See no evil (has furry and few anthro demons, explicit dating sim, kinda) Bastard bonds (has male nudity, can be in a gay relationship, but it is very simplified) Davrin's boobs hope some of these are interesting if you haven't played them already

I still need to finish it, but I thought my Orc was cute for a bunch of not very detailed pixels - games need more playable orcs in general.

I know they were light and mostly done to poke fun at Bioware or other games with romances, but considering how much history your Boss can have with his crew, it was still nice. The Johnny Gat scene is pretty awesome though, considering.

Still didn't stop me from shipping him with one of my Bosses though.

It is pretty detailed considering its limitations.

It is pretty detailed considering its limitations. there definitely are some huge difficulty spikes in the game. had the story been richer and characters more developed i might have persisted but it wasn't meant to be. in the end i was reading stuff from a notepad and was kind of glad i did it. still, i hope we will see more stuff from that guy

I loved Saints Row 3/4. I made my boss an emo fuck and I kinda had a crush on him. lol
These are app games, but in Pixelberry games you can be gay. Unlike some other app games, there's actually plot and lots of dialogue, pop culture references, and stuff. They're fun and don't feel empty, even if the writing is often cliche.
High School Story - an app game where you build and run a high school. There's a dating function, and you can date any of your classmates, or any of the main characters, and make them date each other.
Hollywood U - Similar to above, but you're a student at a college for rising stars. Date quests are more involved than in HSS. All available to all genders. You can date your grumpy male professor too. He's my favorite. lol
Choices - this one is more annoying than the others because a lot of choices are locked behind the premium currency (which is difficult to earn - in above 2, you can earn a lot of it by completing quests and watching ads) but they're basically visual novels, with a notable amount of gay options, slanted towards f/f. You can have a f/f romance in virtually every story. You can have a m/m romance in Endless Summer, with side m/m romances in The Freshman and LoveHacks.

Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura a really old game where you can romance a female bi elf, although there is some really complex combination of race of the PC, dialogue and decisions to get it.
Expedition: Vikings, there are two romances, both bi, one a smartass archer the other a social awkward witch.
SWTOR with Lana Beniko and Theron Shan but most people already know that here for sure.
There is also Guild Wars 2 but it is the main cast of NPCs. Lesbians written by other lesbians is always cool.

-Skyrim -Fallout 2 (You can get married to someone of your gender) -Fallout 4 -Massive Chalice, sorta, you can pair up to guys or two females to rule a kingdom as a married couple, research adoption and they'll adopt a kid that inherits their skills. -Swtor: Theron, Koth, Lana, and you can flirt with NPCs of your gender after you leave the vanilla areas. I've been hitting on Jace Malcom every chance I got. -Elder Scrolls Online, aside from being able to marry another player, it has TONS of gay npcs. Their sexuality are never brought up since homophobia doesn't exist in this setting. -Sheltered, you start making a family, the parents can be of either gender. -Dead State: Reanimated, sorta, at the start you can mention that you had a husband or wife at the start. And there's a gay character who's actually the best unit of the game. -Stardew Valley: All the marriage candidates are bisexual. Course I don't like none of them so I downloaded the mod that adds more of the single NPCs are marriage candidates! Currently happily married to Willy. -Persona 2: Innocent Sin: Jun is the canon romance. The Fable Series: Fable 3 even added the adoption option and your spouse actually refers to your gender too! Once my husband went up to our daughter and said "If bullies ever trouble you make sure to tell your other dad." Blackgate: Still WIP, but man I'm in love with Gruff. He pushes all the buttons. Looks scary and rough, but is this awkward sweetheart. Divinity: Original Sin. You create two characters and they can end up in a relationship with each other in the end, gender doesn't matter. There's actually several gay npcs too!

Obviously, you can be Gay in Jade Empire, if no one mentioned it. It's an old game but I love it (One of Bioware's best stories imo)
I don't know about Sky's romance since I'm all about my waifu Silk Fox tbh.
