I played til meeting Ludwig (skipping dialogues cause I want play properly when its fully released) and ohhh he is a charming one  totally giving Disney John Smith vibes from him (second part of the movie not jerk John Smith from the beginning haha), I do think Spiders needs to step up their game when it comes to 3d models but being an AA videogame studio is fine, the ea looked great lookwise and I love the music The game has a strong start narrative wise but sadly I still think the combat is the worst and wished they kept the combat style from the first game, I know they want to do their own DAO style game but combat in DAO is dated and one of the few things I personally dont enjoy from the game (and its the DA game I played the most) Also farferello omg the angst you are going to suffer  |

I WAS JUST TELLING NICK THIS hahaha, your reply is haunted cannot be seen! Anyway thats a pretty good song! So far seems good ish so far for the game considering is early access, I wonder how it is overall doing selling that way. Sucks about the combat, they should either go back to their old style or go full turn based like BG3, this thing in the middle of DAO, just doesn't feel good to me. I know some crave the gameplay of origins though, I will never get it myself but respect haha. |

Yeah something happened in this haunted thread that made it glitchy   I'm so relieved everyone is bi, like it feels so fucking nice playing a game with the same posibilities than straight people, even though I would still have chosen Vasco, it's always good to have more than one option or equal amount you knooow. Hopefully the success of BG3 made it standard for most of rpgs with romances. The companions in this game are cool for the moment, I'm begging for some character development for Nilan but his anger is well justified cause ... well, fuck colonizers. Alvida is my second fav companion after Ludwig, she is best friend material for my character haha. Fausta and Sybille are cool for now as well. I cant wait to know more of daddy angst though haha |

Hoping this gets a physical release soon, cuz that's always gonna be my preferred way to play. I think it's supposed to be sometime in spring 2025?

I knew you'd like Ludwig, Nick, and yes, I am so ready for the angst. I'm pretty sure they might delay the release of some of the EA stuff from the last update I saw. We will likely get the Fall, female companion and accompanying content, but I have a feeling that the Winter update and daddy companion is likely going to be delayed, probably until next year. I hope not because I realllly need to see his recruitment scene and more of that voice.  But if he is delayed, then I will likely just wait until his content comes out to replay it, I don't feel like going through it all just for another female companion considering we have far more of them than male companions already, and there's only so much of Nilan I can handle at once. |

You're all getting me excited for Greedfall 2!
I finally started playing the first game again. It took me a bit to get back into it, but after a slow start I'm definitely more in the mood to play! I'm already familiar with some of the story from last time, so it's a strange feeling knowing some details but not remembering 100% what they mean.
I still kind of wish Kurt had been an option, but I'll give Vasco a chance again!
