I know it's pretty much confirmed but I need some kind of word of god like confirmation in that AMA about all companions being bi, sadly I'm not at home by that time so hopefully someone can ask that question  |

Makes me hope a custom character will partake in cutscenes as much as an Origin one would. |

After you select a race and a class, you could be all set and ready to go, but if you want to, you can dive in deeper, and change all the abilities, spells, skills, cantrips… and customize visuals.
You will be able to select a face type, hairdo, facial hair, skin colour. I cannot give numbers or details, because it's still a work in progress, but there won't be sliders.
We have more diversity in creation than in any other game we’ve done before. You'll be able to mix and match a wide variety of defaults, to create something unique.
Q:Will there be party banters among companions? If so, will they be in dialogue mode (like the originals) or will they just say out their lines during exploration (like the Dragon Age series)?
A: Ah, we have both types! Of course they'll comment and react. They will banter while just walking around (we call these voicebarks and AD for Automated Dialogues) but they will also react to what you and your party are doing (and not doing) in dialogues, and when you go to camp
Q: Will all 5e Classes be available at launch?
A: Yes, all classes from 5e Player’s Handbook will be included at launch. In Early Access you’ll be able to play as a Cleric, Fighter, Ranger, Rogue, Warlock or Wizard.

Mmmmph. That hobgoblin is damn fine.
I’m excited for this game and I really hope it brings back some of the strange old school world/lore aspects of D&D lore that have been lost in the primacy of the Critical Role era.

QnA starts around 1:25. A few small new gameplay tidbits and dialogue. More Deeper relationships compared to dos2 and way more reactivity to race and class selection. I CANT WAIT

It’s kind of sad one of the reasons I am excited for this game is my DnD campaign is on indefinite hold because the US apparently dissolved into chaos and all my fellow party members can’t find times to play.
