So much art I need to commission someone to draw for me. Genuinely lol'd. Was waiting for someone to make this, thought BansheeOwnage would have jumped on it first. I was going to, but I thought since the Suvi thread was so slow on the BSN it wouldn't be good to split conversation even more. Too late though! Now I feel slighted, Suvi's Rock not making her thread...Where is the much needed Suvi/Vetra fanart? Welp, I can't find that ship but I found these... sauceAww, Suvi with normal clothes! Yesterday I was just thinking about how nice it would be to see her out of that uniform. She should have worn something more casual in the romance scene at least, like Vetra's new outfit. And Gil and Suvi space gays are great, wish we could have seen them interact more ingame.

Ha, glad my intentional-unintentional double-meaning didn't go unnoticed And by that I mean I realized how it sounded part-way through writing it, but decided to leave it. Also got reminded of Sera saying she'd like to see Cullen out of his armour. "Not like that." Oh, posted this in the Romance Thread, should post it here too: Okay, something I made for fun. Some poetic license to follow. Bonus points if you read it in Suvi’s voice. *Clears throat* Suvi AnwarThere once was a girl called Suvi Who came from the Highland lochs. And who, when things get gloomy Enjoys uplifting talks. She likes Sumatran tea, and apple cider And Tavarv plants, and Sara Ryder. She’s inept at fashion; Science is her passion. She doesn't think her work is drudgery And her name is really quite summery. She sounds like Scott, Montgomery And thinks 60 pages “a summary”. Though sad to say, her content lacks With sparse scenes, and fade-to-blacks. Though this may indeed be fixed With DLC brought into the mix.An expert in pedology Or, the study of dirts She gets pretty flustered Whenever Sara flirts She’ll lock the door, Pull her close to her chest, And with impassioned breath, whisper: “Have you heard... of the lick test?” ...

I wish there was more Suvi in the game. Her romance is so sweet, but it seemed really short. Maybe I'm just greedy. I hope that she, Gil, and Kallo get their stories/roles expanded a bit in any DLC or sequels. We don't get to see nearly enough of them.

Aww I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm normally terrible at poetry but I guess it helps to have a good subject I wish there was more Suvi in the game. Her romance is so sweet, but it seemed really short. Maybe I'm just greedy. I hope that she, Gil, and Kallo get their stories/roles expanded a bit in any DLC or sequels. We don't get to see nearly enough of them. It is really sweet, and really short. It only had one romance-specific scene for the Maker's sake. Cullen spoiled me with having 3 (plus other things). You're definitely not greedy! I just wanted the crew to be treated equally to the squadmates, more like the advisors in DA:I. Which Bioware even said they were, the liars. Um, here's a post I made about this before: - UGH, I KNOW!!! I'm using capital letters so you know I mean business! It makes me so sad... Probably the most annoying thing about the game for me at a personal level. We have dismissed that claim."Oh, some of our favourite characters are non-squadmates!" Well one of them is my favourite too, but that doesn't mean she has anywhere near the amount of content as the squadmates I'm glad she's present in the galaxy map, and rarely she'll even chime in on a quest, but most of the time it doesn't give her character depth - her banter is practically nonexistent. I've heard her talk to Kallo a couple of times... and that's all I can remember. Meanwhile, the squadmates banter all the time on the Tempest and especially the Nomad (and on missions, obviously). Even Gil talks a lot more on the Tempest, though he's still sadly absent otherwise. Anyway, banter isn't just there to give the characters presence, although that's nice. It really fleshes them and their relationships to other characters out. I felt like I barely knew some squadmates before hearing enough Nomad banter. I can tell how they get along (or not). But I have practically no idea how Suvi gets along with anyone or how they think of her, besides being on good terms with Kallo, Vetra, and Gil. And I've only seen it with Kallo. There's no logic to Suvi not talking to people on the ship, or moving around the ship like everyone else (Suvi really needs to leave her chair). She's the science officer, yet I've never seen her in either lab. No reason she couldn't have more conversations. They either just didn't bother or decided to give the crew a much smaller word budget compared to squadmates, which obviously undermines any of their "they're important" arguments, not to mention the tiring tradition of relegating the only gay people on the ship to secondary roles with less content They could use the radio at any time, whether it's talking on the Tempest or to the Nomad. It becomes tragic when you realize that they do use the radio sometimes, so obviously the writers thought about it. But the only times I've heard and crewmembers while in the Nomad it was mission-related. Again, nice, but why not have actual banter?!?!?!?I'm just sitting here like: It's such a wasted opportunity. Character potential, wasted. Somehow, Dragon Age did better by its non-companions, in some ways, despite no radio. Like, on paper, you'd think you'd get to know the crew the best, since they're always on standby on the radio whereas you only hear the squadmates you bring with you. But nope. Plus, you get awkward banter about your romance in the Nomad, so I hear. Not only that, but even their presence is diminished greatly, all because of SAM stealing their lines (I swear, SAM has the most lines in the game besides the Pathfinder). Why does SAM need to say almost everything? Let Gil explain engineering-related things, Suvi explain physics-related things, and Lexi talk about medical things. How hard would that have been? It does happen occasionally, but not nearly as much as it should. I know I concentrated on Suvi, but I'm talking about all 4 crewmembers. *Grumbles* It makes me a very sad Banshee. And another thing: Hubs. The perfect opportunity for crewmembers to stretch their legs, figuratively and literally. They're all non-combat areas, so that isn't an issue. All of the squadmates are on the hubs... but none of the crew. Because OF COURSE NOT, right? That would be great and make complete sense, so why would it happen? I once heard Suvi on the radio when I was in the lab on the Nexus. Emphasis on "once". Those are the people she's liaison to on the Tempest - her team - and she doesn't even pop in to say hello or collaborate while docked! It's bad. I want to know what she thinks of Aya. Maybe look at a pretty waterfall together. But nah, why would the crew ever leave the ship? Why would they want a break while off-duty? Hubs would also have been great places for them to have quests. With them. Not fetching something at a market. Something to flesh them and your relationship out. It wouldn't compare to loyalty missions, but it would be something. Again, using Suvi as an example, but this applies to all crewmembers. The thirst, as we say around here, is real. I wish there was more Suvi in the game. Her romance is so sweet, but it seemed really short. Maybe I'm just greedy. I hope that she, Gil, and Kallo get their stories/roles expanded a bit in any DLC or sequels. We don't get to see nearly enough of them. A prime opportunity to give her and the other crewmembers their own full blown loyalty mission. That would be ♫ awe-some ♫! The Archon gets one, some random not-even-very-pretty planet gets one, and not Suvi? Great use of classic Udina gif by the way. *Sigh* She's just left out of everything. Except my heart.
Oh, and I still wish this happened in the game. Scott/Sara for squadmate.

Where is the much needed Suvi/Vetra fanart? You are so the anti-potato. You ship everyone with everything they aren't supposed to be with. Suvi and Vetra would be cute though, but still. You are quite the shipper.

I adore Suvi, but I just can't with her pink lipgloss. It's sooo blinding. I want to take a tissue to her mouth. If anyone came out with a tone down the makeup mod, they would be my hero. I've got a scientist Ryder waiting in the wings to romance her.
